PTFE sealing materials have excellent properties such as low friction and self-lubrication,and have been widely used in aerospace and other fields.With the development of aerospace technology,the sealing performance requirements of high-end equipment continue to increase,which brings new challenges to the friction and wear performance of PTFE and other sealing materials in harsh environments.Existing research shows that the specific surface texture of the surface of the friction pair can significantly improve its friction and wear performance.However,the research on the surface texture of soft materials is still insufficient.To this end,this subject took PTFE sealing material as the research object,carried out the friction test and simulation study of its textured surface,revealed the influence of texture parameters on the friction performance of PTFE,and improved the tribological properties of soft materials for surface texture technology.The application provides the possibility to provide a theoretical basis for the design and preparation of high-performance sealing structures.Firstly,a fluid lubrication model of micro-textured surfaces was established,and the fluid dynamic pressure effect between textured surfaces under fluid lubrication was clarified.A fluid lubrication model under the texture surface was established by using FLUENT software,the effect of fluid pressure on the texture surface was studied for revealing the influence of the depth,width and area ratio of the grooved texture on the bearing capacity and leakage of the textured surface.Secondly,friction model of micro-textured units was established.The groove and pit texture models of different shapes were developed by using ABAQUS software,then the influence of the introduction of different types of texture on the contact characteristics of the friction surface was studied for revealing the contact pressure,mises stress,deformation and friction force during the friction of micro-textured cells,which laid the foundation for the texture design of the surface of the PTFE seal structure.Then,the macro friction performance test and simulation research of the texturing PTFE sealing material have been carried out.A test platform for the friction and wear of the sealing material was built,and based on this,an experimental study on the friction properties of the PTFE material under different texture parameters was carried out.A macro-textured surface friction simulation model is established,and the influence of texture parameters on its friction performance is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of macro-surface texture.Finally,the sealing performance test research was carried out for the typical aeronautical sealing structure,and the application of the surface texture of the sealing structure was studied in combination with the simulation method.The influence of system pressure and other factors on the friction performance of a typical seal structure is analyzed.Combined with the simulation method,the texture design of the typical seal structure is initially given,and the simulation study is carried out,which laid the foundation for the design of high-performance sealed structures under complex service conditions.
