Metal corrosion caused by salt spray environment will not only cause hug e economic losses,but also waste precious energy and natural resources.To s olve the problem of metal corrosion caused by salt spray is an urgent task o n the road of developing marine resources and aviation industry.In this paper,molecular dynamics simulation method is used to simulate t he corrosion process of metal iron in salt spray environment.The corrosion mechanism of metal iron in salt spray environment is studied.The mechanis m and effect of oxygen concentration,p H and stress coupling of working env ironment on metal iron corrosion in salt spray environment are obtained.It c an not only expand the micromechanical research perspective of metal iron sa lt spray corrosion in theory,but also provide reference for enhancing the corr osion resistance of metal iron,and provide suggestions and Countermeasures f or extending the service life of metal iron in salt spray environment.Firstly,in the neutral salt spray environment without stress superposition,the effect of oxygen concentration on the salt spray corrosion of metal iron was studied by analyzing the erosion rate,erosion depth,erosion products an d the mechanical properties of metal iron after erosion.Then,under the cond ition of appropriate oxygen concentration unchanged,change the p H of the sa lt spray environment,through the analysis of the same four parameters,study and analyze the effect of p H on the corrosion of metal iron salt spray.Finally,in the appropriate acidic salt spray environment,neutral salt spray environment and alkaline salt spray environment,a group of elastic compress ive stress superposition of the same size was carried out in one direction of metal iron respectively,and the stress salt spray coupled corrosion simulation of metal iron was carried out.According to the corrosion rate,pitting effect,metal structure change and composite layer potential energy change analysis was carried out,The effect of stress on the corrosion of metallic iron salt sp ray in different acid-base environments was studied.
