Hollow fiber gas separation is favored in many fields due to its advantages of low energy consumption,no pollution,and high efficiency.This paper focuses on the preparation conditions of P84 hollow fiber and a lot of research on its gas separation performance.This experiment focuses on the effect of different P84 polymer concentrations on the gas separation performance of hollow fiber membranes.The influence of different additive concentrations on the membrane gas separation performance.The effect of different take-up speeds on the performance of membrane.The effect of adding salt to the dope system on the gas separation performance of the hollow fiber.In this paper,the P84/PDMS composite hollow fiber membrane with high gas performance was successfully synthesised through the deep exploration of spinning conditions and the defect-free P84 hollow fiber membrane was also successfully prepared.It could be seen from the SEM electron micrograph that defect-free hollow fibers usually have sponge-like structure support layer,and have a relatively thin selective skin thickness,and there will be no hole defects on the surface;for comparison,defective hollow fibers usually have finger-like hole support layers structure and thick skin layers,which we should try to avoid,starting from the principle to optimize the structure and performance of the hollow fiber.The gas separation performance test showed that the defect-free P84 hollow fiber membranes obtain excellent gas separation performance.The flux of monofilament carbon dioxide could reach 9.59 GPU,and its selectivity for nitrogen and methane could reach 53.82 and 50.72 respectively.The carbon dioxide flux of the scale-up test research has also reached 4.32 GPU,and the selectivity for nitrogen and methane has reached 32.54 and 60.03 respectively.The gas separation performance of the P84 hollow fiber is at the international leading level.
