Because of the Non renewable energy gradually decreasing,and the environmental pollution is getting worse,in recent years.the research and development of new green energy has put on the agenda.As a green energy storage element,lithium-ion cell was used in intelligent mobile phone and all kinds of electronic components because of its high energy density and long working life.As an important component of lithium particle battery,separator not only takes over the fifth part of all battery's price,but also being resonsible for setting apart battery's anode and cathode,and affording passage for lithium ion.Therefore,the separator's behaviour influences the properties of cells.Excellent diaphragm is a necessary condition for realizing large power and high safe lithium battery.In view of the current problems of low porosity and poor electrolyte absorption of commercial polyolefin separators(PP,PE),cold plasma-deposited silicon oxide ceramic particles are used to modify PP melt electrospun fiber membranes to prepare lithium battery separators.The cold plasma field and gas flow field involved in the plasma deposition modification are simulated,and has some insight into technics principles,and test the feasibility of the experimental device.According to the simulation results,choices experimental parameters.Because of the advantage of the process,the prepared diaphragm has a porosity of 70%,the absorptivity of electrolyte reaches 440%,The area has shrunk by 2.5%at 120?,Button cell using sample separator after 30 charge-discharge cycle,Specific capacity of battery still keep 142.4mHh/g,after 5 cycle of 3C,also has 126.7mAh/g,The capacity is better than commercial PP diaphragms.In order to manufacture high-safety battery separators,PPS materials are used to replace traditional polyolefin materials.Because PPS has no obvious shrinkage at 200?,and it has fire resistance,self-flame went out.It is the potential choice for a new generation of safe battery separators.The performance of the diaphragm battery is optimized through the melt differential electrospinning process and the cold plasma deposition process,so that the PPS maintains good mechanical properties while having high porosity and high electrolyte wettability.Because of the Crystallization temperature of PPS is lower,and the force of the electrostatic field makes lattice spacing longer,which causes PPS Electrospun separators start up intense contraction.So currently,PPS Electrospun separators has some obstacle in lithium battery.Its Thermal shrinkage performance still needs Further research and improvement.Use simulation software to change the battery specific capacity,temperature and other parameters of the prepared diaphragm assembly lithium battery after multiple cycles,supplement the lack of cycle data samples in the experiment,and compare the results of the first 30 simulations with the experiment,To ensure the correctness of the subsequent simulation results,and provide a theoretical basis for the diaphragm after thousands of cycles.
