Methylated melamine formaldehyde resin can replace part of butylated melamine formaldehyde resin.It can be mixed with polyester resin,alkyd resin and epoxy resin to play the role of auxiliary agent to realize the crosslinking and three-dimensional connection between matrix resins.By optimizing the coating formula and mixing it with the base coating resin,the stability of the coating is effectively improved,so that it can maintain extremely high gloss and color for a long time,and enhance its use in the automotive coating industry,coil industry,and household appliances.Industry and other equipment coating industry usability.Xinlianxin currently has an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of melamine and 200,000 tons of formaldehyde production equipment.In order to increase the added value of products and extend the product industry chain,the company plans to newly install a methylated melamine formaldehyde resin production equipment.Since the existing methylated melamine formaldehyde resin production technology information is relatively blocked and cannot be transferred,this project uses laboratory-prepared products to compare with existing product indicators on the market,to study the preparation process and reaction conditions,and optimize process design,reduce self-condensation,reduce free formaldehyde,obtain stable quality products,complete the design of pilot plant.The key point of the pilot plant is the need to realize the recovery and separation of excess raw materials,production process control,production process energy consumption,and three waste treatment processes.The main content of the thesis research is:(1)Refer to relevant research documents and invention patents,as well as preliminary research information,reproduce its preparation process,and obtain raw material indicators,raw material molar ratios,reaction process temperatures,and different operating procedures at different stages through research laboratory production conditions and comparison with existing competitors.The influence of reaction time control,pH maintenance and adjustment range in different reaction stages and operation procedures,production process flow.To determine the hydroxymethylation reaction conditions:M:F=1:8,the temperature is 70-75?,the reaction time is 2.5h,and the pH control is maintained at 8.5-9.0;the etherification reaction conditions:HMM:ME=1:14-20 etherification temperature 40-50?,reaction time 2-3h,pH maintained at 3-3.5,on the methylolation reaction and etherification reaction provides a basis for the design and operation of the pilot plant.(2)According to laboratory research,optimize the synthesis of methyl etherified melamine formaldehyde resin,determine the best process flow and reaction conditions,complete the process design of the pilot plant,and address the problems of production load adjustment,environmental protection,and batch product stability in industrial production equipment,Increase solvent recovery and separation,production waste gas treatment,form a pilot plant process design and main equipment selection.
