Chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)is widely used in immunoanalysis,molecular detection,bioimaging,biotherapy and many other fields because it does not require an external excitation light source and can reduce non-specific background signals.Therefore,it is significant to construct a simple and efficient CRET system.The CRET efficiency is closely related to the distance between the donor and the acceptor,and the CRET efficiency is lower when the distance between the donor and the acceptor is longer.At present,the simplest strategy is to orderly assemble the acceptors on the surface of nanomaterials,and at the same time absorb the donor to shorten the distance between the donor and the acceptor,but the ordered structure is easily destroyed and aggregation-induced quenching(ACQ)will occur at high receptor concentrations.Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)molecules can make up for the shortcomings of the ACQ effect.Therefore,this paper uses AIE molecules as chemiluminescent energy acceptors,layered double hydroxides(LDH)as nanomaterial supports and ONOO-as chemiluminescent energy donors to construct a CRET system in which donor-acceptors are randomly adsorbed on the nanomaterial supports to achieve ultra-high CRET effectiveness.The main research contents are as follows:1.A water-soluble negatively charged AIE molecule was synthesized——Na4TCBPE was synthesized.Then Na4TCBPE and carbonate interlayered hydrotalcites(Mg-Al CO3 LDH)were combined through electrostatic interaction to prepare Na4TCBPE-Mg-Al CO3 LDH complex.X-ray diffraction,Zeta potential,Fourier transform-infrared spectra,polarization fluorescence and other methods were used to prove that the complex had been synthesized.It is found that the Na4TCBPE-Mg-Al CO3 LDH complex can enhance the peroxynitrite chemiluminescence system.Prove the application potential of Na4TCBPE-Mg-Al CO3 LDH complex in chemiluminescence.2.Explore the mechanism of NarTCBPE-Mg-Al CO3 LDH complex increasing the chemiluminescence intensity of peroxynitrite chemiluminescence system.It proved that Na4TCBPE can be used as a CRET energy acceptor and ONOO-as a CRET energy donor produced high CRET efficiency,and the CRET efficiency is as high as 90.8%.In addition,Eosin Y was chosen as a control CRET acceptor to illustrate the critical role of AIE features of Na4TCBPE.And successfully applied the Na4TCBPE-Mg-Al CO3 LDH complex to detect sodium nitrite in sausages,the detection range 1-100 ?M,linear correlation coefficient r2=0.997,detection limit as low as 0.5 ?M(S/N=3).It was found that the Na4TCBPE-Mg-Al CO3 LDH complex in the chemiluminescence products could still sensitize the chemiluminescence signal of the peroxynitrite chemiluminescence system,which proved that the Na4TCBPE-Mg-Al CO3 LDH complex was environmentally friendly and reusable.
