Nowadays, most of the oil fields in our country have entered the tertiary oil recovery period,so a large amount of new tertiary oil recovery wastewater has been produced. This oily wastewater has high viscosity and complex composition. In the past, traditional porous filter materials such as walnut shells, quartz sand, and magnetite were mostly used for final filtration and purification. However, these traditional filter media will block the pores because it is difficult to clean the special oily sewage, which will cause a series of problems such as the filter media to harden and affect the filtering effect. The preparation of a special wettability surface is regarded as a feasible adjustment method.Superhydrophilic or super-lipophilic two-dimensional membrane materials and threedimensional porous materials have been manufactured for oil-water separation. However, due to the special characteristics of tertiary oil recovery wastewater Although materials with special wettability can improve the efficiency of oilwater separation, these materials with single wettability are still prone to clogging and failure. In this paper,a porous polystyrene substrate was designed and prepared, and a temperature-controlled hydrophilic-hydrophobic conversion surface was modified on the porous polystyrene substrate for oilwater separation adsorption materials. After the attached material absorbs the oil droplets in the water at a higher temperature,by lowering the temperature to make the surface hydrophilic, the oil phase can be separated from the adsorbent material without mechanical extrusion so that the adsorbed oil can be discharged. In the actual use process,After flushing with water, the oil phase can be quickly taken out,so as to realize the repeated use of the adsorbent material and improve the deoiling efficiency. The main research content and results of this paper are as follows:Use the concentrated emulsion template method to prepare porous polystyrene as a porous oil-absorbing substrate. When it is not fully cured, the vinyl silane is grafted on the skeleton structure by the solution immersion method in a vacuum environment.Above, study the influence of different dispersed phase volume fraction and silane concentration on the substrate skeleton, and then use the temperature sensitive substance N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAAM)as the monomer,N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)It is a crosslinking agent that initiates the polymerization reaction through potassium persulfate(KPS),and wraps a temperature-sensitive coating on the porous polystyrene structure to prepare PS@PNIPAAM with temperature-responsive wettability.Temperature, different initial oil content, different oil phase test its oil absorption test, and change the use temperature to test its static and dynamic deoiling performance at a certain flow rate, and use a self-made oil absorption-deoil device for a certain period of cyclic testing. The results prove that a kind of The filter material that changes surface wettability with temperature changes can be used for oil-water separation of tertiary oil recovery wastewater.
