Snubbing operations have played an indispensable role in the development of the petroleum industry.Snubbing operation technology can not only protect the stratum from being destroyed during the oil extraction process,but also improve the efficiency of wellsite operations.The advantages of snubbing operations are becoming more and more obvious,and they are widely used in the petroleum industry.Due to the blockade of foreign snubbing operation technology,the latest technical information cannot be obtained in China,which leads to the backwardness of domestic snubbing operation technology.At present,the problems existing in domestic stand-alone snubbing machine are mainly pipeline jitter during operation,system pressure mismatch,and backward control methods.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stability of the control system of snubbing machine.Aiming at the stability problem of the hydraulic control system of the new independent snubbing operation machine,which is the oil field pressure operation equipment,this paper studies the following key parts:1)The hydraulic power slip control system currently used by the Fourth Petroleum Machinery Plant of Sinopec was studied.According to the technical requirements,the existing pressure load-sensitive feedback control system was designed,and the response process of the cylinder was simulated and analyzed by AMEsim;2)In view of the excessive vibration of the pressure load-sensitive feedback control system,the hydraulic power slip PID closed-loop feedback pressure control system was independently designed with AMEsim,and the stability was compared with the pressure load-sensitive control system.3)Using PID closed-loop displacement feedback control to design the lifting hydraulic control system of the snubbing operation machine,its motion characteristics are analyzed in AMEsim,and the stability of the lifting system is analyzed at the same time.4)The closed-loop speed control system is designed and simulated for the hydraulic control of the balance winch,whose stability is analyzed.At the same time,it is analyzed that the key factor affecting the stability of the system is the quality of the pipe string.The stability of the hydro-controlled closed-loop system and the electric-controlled closed-loop system are compared and analyzed.At the same time,the main factor affecting the stability of the system is the quality of the pipe string.
