Polyethylene film,as one of the most commonly used and widely used polymer films,has many irreplaceable advantages.However,its low surface energy has adverse effects on the surface functionalization and the synchronization of function duration and life,which limits its development.Therefore,in order to improve the surface energy of polyolefin film in essence,the composite film of polyolefin and polar material can be prepared.The composite film of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)and polyamide 6(PA6)can solve the above problems.However,the polarity difference between them is large,so it is difficult to directly bond them.Therefore,it is of significance to study the surface properties of the resin and realize the adhesion with the aid of grafted resin.Moreover,the potential application of rare earth organic ligand light conversion agent modified polyolefin film in agricultural field can be improved by synthesizing alkaline earth metal sulfide and metal organic framework material(MOF).The main research contents are as follows:1.Linear low density polyethylene grafted with maleic anhydride(LLDPE-g-MAH)was synthesized by melt grafting polymerization in autoclave.The grafting rate was about 5.8%,and the structure of LLDPE-gMAH was characterized.At the same time,the infrared standard curve was established,and the linear equation was obtained by comparing the grafting rate of the grafted resin with the infrared characteristic peak strength,which was convenient for the test of the grafting rate.2.LLDPE and LLDPE-g-MAH films were prepared by extrusion blow molding,and their surface properties,optical properties and mechanical properties were characterized.The results showed that the addition of LLDPEg-MAH could improve the surface energy of LLDPE films without affecting other properties.When LLDPE-g-MAH is about 33%,the surface energy increases from 33.3 mN/m to 36.9 mN/m.The effects of surface properties on the bonding strength of PA6 films were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of LLDPE-g-MAH content,the bonding effect of the composite film first increases and then basically remains unchanged.When LLDPE-gMAH content was about 33%,the peeling force increased from 0N to 9.71N,achieving a better bonding effect.3.The light conversion agents CaSrS:Cu,Eu@MOFs assembled by alkaline earth metal sulfides and MOF materials were prepared.Their structures were studied by infrared spectra and elemental composition.Their fluorescence properties were tested and the luminescence mechanism was explored.CaSrS:Cu,Eu@MOFs showed strong luminescence at the red spectrum(618 nm)under ultraviolet(270 nm and 395 nm)excitation.The modified LLDPE/PA6 film was prepared by spraying CaSrS:Cu,Eu@MOFs on the surface of modified LLDPE/PA6 film as a light conversion agent.The results showed that the prepared film could absorb ultraviolet light and transmit red luminescence,which was beneficial to improve the utilization of solar light.
