In recent years,the improvement of the living standards of farmers has led to a sharp increase in the discharge of household waste in villages and towns.The focus of the ecologicallivability work highlights the importance of the treatment of household waste in villages and towns.Therefore,solving the problem of rural household waste has become the top priority of the rural revitalization strategy.The main components of rural organic household waste are Leftover food and melon peel,which are rich in organic matter,high water content,and sufficient nutrients.It is suitable as an anaerobic fermentation raw material.Anaerobic fermentation can not only degrade organic household waste,produce biogas,and digested The product can also be used as a slow-release fertilizer to improve the soil condition and fully realize the"reduction,recycling,and harmlessness" of organic household waste in villages and towns.Xuzhou Peixian County is a national demonstration county for rural garbage classification and resource utilization,and Datun Subdistrict is a pilot town for rural household waste classification in the province.The research object is to first analyze the physical and chemical characteristics of organic household waste in Datun Street of Peixian County for 12 months;secondly,study the gas production potential of anaerobic fermentation of household waste in each month;(37?)Research on dry anaerobic fermentation;Finally,electrospinning technology was used to prepare Prussian blue membrane material to alleviate the problem of ammonia suppression during fermentation.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The multi-point sampling of organic garbage in Datun Street of Peixian County was carried out for 12 consecutive months,and the physical and chemical characteristics of organic garbage in Datun Street of Peixian County were analyzed,which provided scientific parameters for rural organic garbage as fermentation raw materials.After classification,the moisture content of organic household garbage in Datun Street of Pei County is mostly between 75%-80%;organic matter accounts for about 40%;the nitrogen content is rich,between 20-25 g/kg;C/N is 15-35;Lignin content is about 8%.The results show that organic household waste in Datun Street of Peixian County is suitable as an anaerobic fermentation material.(2)The anaerobic fermentation gas production potential experiment was carried out using the household garbage of Datun Street in Peixian County as raw materials,and SPSS analysis software was used to carry out multiple Linear stepwise regression on the physical and chemical properties of organic household garbage and the anaerobic fermentation gas production potential of Datun Street in Pei County The analysis provides a scientific basis for the recycling and harmless utilization of organic household waste in villages and towns.The results show that the VS gas production rate of organic waste generated from Datun Street in Peixian County in 12 months is as follows:633.2 mL/g in June,421.3 mL/g in August,297.88 mL/g in March January 271.8 mL/g,May 262.49 mL/g,February 261.6 mL/g,November 246 mL/g,July 202.8 mL/g,September 201.9 mL/g,April 190.56 mL/g,185.5 mL/g in December and 181.6 mL/g in October;the optimal equation of multivariate Linear stepwise regression between the physical and chemical properties of each experimental group and its gas production potential is:Y=-51.424+3.733 X water content-19.806×TP+23.262×Cellulose+6.513×Lignin.(3)A batch-type medium-temperature(37?)dry anaerobic fermentation study was conducted on the simulated waste in Datun Street of Peixian County.The experiment period was 60 days.Due to the Low C/N of organic household waste,the ammonia nitrogen reached more than 1200mg/L on the tenth day of fermentation,and it has been rising since then.The ammonia nitrogen concentration at the end of fermentation is as high as 5000mg/L,thus judging that the fermentation system has been in an ammonia suppression state,resulting in gas production Unstable,the daily gas production can reach a maximum of 2 L,the Lowest can reach 500mL,the cumulative gas production is 26 L,the methane content is not high,the highest is 30%,and the cumulative methane production is 3.3 L.(4)In order to solve the problem of ammonia suppression in dry anaerobic fermentation of organic waste,this article innovatively uses electrospinning technology to prepare synthetic Prussian blue compounds and polyacrylonitrile into FeCo Prussian blue/polyacrylonitrile film.The adsorption capacity in the fermentation biogas slurry can reach 72.83 mg/g,which has a good effect of adsorbing ammonia nitrogen.
