The production scheduling problem not only exists in the textile,pharmaceutical,and food processing industries,but also has an urgent need in the steel production process.It plays an important role in improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.In the steel production process,research on scheduling models,methods and applications at home and abroad has been fruitful.However,due to the complexity of the steel production process and the continuous pursuit of finished product quality and cost reduction,the production scheduling of heating furnace and hot rolling needs fur ther Research and better solutions.For this reason,based on the reading and analysis of domestic and foreign related documents,this article has carried out the following work on the scheduling of heating furnace and hot rolling in the production process of the steel:1)The optimization scheduling problem and scheduling model solving algorithm in the steel production process are summarized and trend analyzed.First,the process flow and production scheduling requirements of the steel production process are given.Secondly,it summarizes the scheduling problems and modeling in the steel production process.Finally,the principle and characteristics of constrained programming and mixed-integer programming algorithms for solving optimal scheduling problems are analyzed and explained.2)A new model of optimal scheduling of heating furnaces is established and a solution algorithm based on the idea of rolling scheduling is proposed.First of all,in the scheduling problem model,the relevant constraints of the heating furnace process and the cohesive constraints of the upstream and downstream processes are comprehensively considered.A mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the unnecessary slab in-furnace time and the penalties for mixing hot and cold slabs is established.Secondly,in order to improve the efficiency of model optimization solution,a model solution algorithm based on the rolling scheduling idea is specially designed.Finally,the established optimization problem is solved,and the solution algorithm is simulated and verified.The results show that the solution algorithm proposed in this paper is significantly better than traditional algorithms in terms of solution efficiency and optimal results.3)Aiming at the optimization scheduling problem of the heating furnace under the machine failure,the optimization scheduling model of the heating furnace under the machine failure is established and the algorithm is improved.First,this paper analyzes the constraints of machine failures in the production process,and based on this,obtains the optimal scheduling model of the heating furnace under machine failures.Then,the model solving algorithm proposed in the previous chapter is improved,and a solving algorithm based on parameter self-adjustment is given.Finally,the improved solution algorithm is used to solve the built model,and compared with the traditional solution algorithm and the solution algorithm mentioned in the previous chapter.The results show that the improved algorithm has obvious advantages in solving the problem scale compared with the previous algorithm,and has significant advantages in solving efficiency and optimal results compared with the traditional algorithm.4)To achieve heating furnace-hot rolling integrated scheduling,the overall optimization problem model is given,and the optimization solution analysis is carried out.First,based on the production process conditions and scheduling constraints of the heating furnace-hot rolling process,a mathematical model was established to minimize the unnecessary slab in-furnace time,the penalty for mixing hot and cold slabs,and the penalty for skipping hot-rolled slab specifications.Then,based on the characteristics of the integrated scheduling problem,this article redesigned the system variables and the execution schedule constraints of the process.Finally,use the improved solution algorithm in the previous chapter to solve the integrated model.The results show that the proposed algorithm can quickly and effectively solve the i ntegrated model and obtain an integrated scheduling scheme.
