In order to solve the problem of fitting clothes without segmentation,the practice mode of dart-free fitting clothes was combed,explored and verified by experiments.Through literature research and combing,it is found that the current research on dart-free structure only exists in the structural design based on cheongsam.There are two practical paths:cross-shaped structure,drawing and ironing of fabrics.The method is not comprehensive enough and needs systematic sorting and exploration.Through a lot of practice and research,dart transfer and digestion,oblique cutting and molding can also achieve the structure of dart-free combination.Therefore,the exploration of dart-free compound structure began,The exploration method is the combination of objective experiment and subjective experience,The objective experiment obtains the cloud data between the human platform and the sample clothes through 3D scanning,Introduce 3D modeling geomagic wrap system for inverse processing,establish coordinate points according to the model in rhinoceros(Creo Parametric),obtain the looseness of human table and sample clothes in chest circumference,collate and analyze the data in units of 10,and obtain the experimental results.Subjective verification adopts 5 human body try-on evaluation to obtain the final experimental results,and subjective and objective comprehensive results are the final experimental results.Through subjective and objective verification of the influencing factors of the four practice modes without dart fitting structure,the best matching results of each practice mode are obtained,and the applicability of the practice method and fabric is explored by combining five common fabrics:cotton,linen,silk,wool and polyester.Then,the experimental scheme is innovatively applied to verify the experimental results,which is a supplement to the research of dart-free composite structure.
