The lattice structure is a porous structure composed of lattice unit cells arranged and combined according to a certain rule.It is widely used in lightweight energyabsorbing structures due to its light weight,high strength and good energy absorption effect.Aiming at the phenomenon that spider webs intercept flying insects and effectively absorb impact energy in nature,different bionic spider web lattice structures with spider web energy absorption characteristics are designed in combination with the bionic design method commonly used in lattice structure design.Compression experiments were conducted to study the influence of the structural parameters of the three bionic spider web lattice structures on the energy absorption effect,and to optimize the energy absorption effect of the three bionic spider web lattice structures.First,based on the characteristics of the spider's web formation,starting from the main factors affecting the structure of the spider web,consider the length of the spider web diameter,the diameter of the diameter of the radial line,the number of spiral coils,the spacing of the spiral lines and the diameter of the spiral line section as the structural parameters.A mathematical simulation model of the spider web structure is established.The finite element method was used to simulate the dynamic response process of insects impacting the spider web,and the influence of the structural parameters of the spider web structure on the total absorption energy,peak stress and specific absorption energy of the spider web was obtained based on the response surface method.Secondly,based on the influence of the structural parameters of the spider web structure on the total energy absorption,peak stress and specific energy absorption of the spider web,three bionic spider web lattice structures with spider web energy absorption characteristics were designed by using the bionic design method.Based on the response surface method,the influence of the structural parameters of the three bionic spider web lattice structures on their energy absorption effect was explored,and the three bionic spider web lattice structures were optimized with the energy absorption effect as the optimization goal.The differences in the energy absorption effects of the three bionic spider web lattices under low-speed impact and quasi-static load were compared through simulation experiments.Finally,three biomimetic spider web lattice sandwich panels were prepared by3 D printing technology and subjected to quasi-static compression experiments to analyze the influence of the three biomimetic spider web lattice structure characteristics on their deformation forms,and to verify that the three biomimetic spider web lattice structures are in energy absorption effect under quasi-static compression...
