Oily sludge is the main hazardous waste in the petrochemical industry.In order to realize the reduction,harmless and resource-based treatment of oily sludge,pretreatment and pyrolysis are used for experimental research.Pyrolysis technology can not only completely degrade oil sludge,but also recover resources,reduce costs and increase benefits.In addition,ANSYS FLUENT is used for numerical simulation and analysis of pyrolysis equipment to study the pyrolysis process.Experimental study on ultrasonic cleaning of oily sludge shows that the optimal operating conditions are 50?,110W,10min and 6501.The order of influence of each operating condition on ultrasonic cleaning effect of oil removal is as follows:Reagent type>ultrasonic cleaning power>ultrasonic cleaning temperature>ultrasonic cleaning time.The optimal combination is that the reagent is 6501,ultrasonic cleaning power is 22W,ultrasonic cleaning temperature is 70 ?,ultrasonic cleaning time is 3min.The hot washing experiment shows that the optimal operating conditions are 80?,100r/min,40min,polycarboxylate salt powder 5040.The order of influence of each operating condition on hot washing oil removal effect is as follows:hot washing time>hot washing temperature>stirring rate>reagent type.The optimal combination is that hot washing time is 50min,hot washing temperature is 70?,stirring rate is 100r/min,and the reagent is 6501.The results of thermogravimetric experiment and kinetic analysis of oily sludge show that the volatilization stage of light hydrocarbon and the pyrolysis stage of heavy oil are the main stages of pyrolysis of oily sludge,in which a large number of organic compounds are precipitated at high temperature.The kinetic parameters of light hydrocarbon volatilization stage are that the reaction order is 1.2,the activation energy is 48.95 kJ·mol-1,and the pre-exponential factor is 11.41s-1.The kinetic parameters of the cracking stage of heavy hydrocarbon are that the reaction order is 2,the activation energy is 185.85 kJ·mol-1,and the pre-exponential factor is 3.27×1010s-1.The experimental study on pyrolysis of oily sludge shows that 93 peak values are generated at 550?,and the main products are CH6N2O2,CO2,N2O,C28H48,C15H26,C17H30O2,C13H20O and C13H22.At 750?,73 peak values are generated,and the main products are propylene,cyclopropane,C4H11B,beta-butylene,(z)-2-butene,trans-1,2-dimethylethylene,hex-l-ene,butyl-cyclobutane,2-chlorhexane,1,3-cyclohexadiene,1,3,5-cis-Hexatriene and methylcyclopentadiene.The numerical simulation of pyrolysis process of oily sludge shows that heat transfer is a gradual process,and the temperature decreases gradually from wall to center.Heating temperature affects the temperature distribution range and size of pyrolysis furnace.With the increase of heating temperature,the temperature on the wall and inside of pyrolysis furnace also increases,but the distribution trend of internal temperature is very similar.The closer to the wall,the higher the mass fraction of the product.Through the experimental method of pretreatment and pyrolysis,the oily sludge can be treated in a green way,and the products and energy can also be fully utilized.Pyrolysis was studied by numerical simulation,and the process of heat transfer and pyrolysis was reproduced.
