Graphene materials because of their excellent performance since found a super capacitor electrode material goal,but a single graphene materials cannot meet the demand of the market at present,therefore graphene composites in the sights of the researchers,through the composite graphene with polyaniline can take advantage of the two materials improve the performance of the material.This article mainly work was carried out by two ways:One is through the preparation of two different morphology of polyaniline nanofibers(PANF)and polyaniline(PANP)and reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles(RGO)composite,explore two morphology under different levels of PANF and PANP and electrochemical performance of RGO composite flexible thin film.This paper adopts the self-assembly method preparation of polyaniline nanofibers,with the method of interfacial polymerization preparation of polyaniline nanoparticles and preparation of PANF and PANP and RGO in N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF)in the solution compound suction filter film.By changing the PANF and PANP and the content of RGO synthesis of a series of flexible thin film materials.Eventually when PANF:RGO=2:1,when 0.5A/g the specific capacitance of PANF/RGO-1 to 322 F/g,after 1000 cycle material capacity is dramatically changes can still retain 95.32%of the initial capacity;When PANP:RGO=2:1,in0.5 A/g PANP/RGO-1 the specific capacitance of 350 F/g,after 1000 times of charging and discharging the flexible material also can retain 98.5%of the initial capacitor,The experimental results show that granular pani reduction oxidation of graphene composites than fibrous polyaniline reduction graphene oxide materials with better electrochemical performance.Second PANP/RGO composite flexible material to the introduction of inorganic iron oxide nanoparticles,to explore the performance of the ternary complexes to observe the influence of iron nanoparticles for composite materials.Fe2O3/PAN/RGO composite flexible thin film preparation and performance,this paper through self-assembly and the high temperature hydrothermal preparation of Fe2O3/PAN/RGO composite material,through infrared spectrum,Raman spectrum methods such as the synthesis of composite materials were characterized to confirm the material has three·kinds of material in the composite.Test shows that under 0-0.5 V voltage,pure RGO material specific capacitance is only 110 F/g,and flexible thin film material specific capacitance can reach 506 F/g,for 1000 cycles on the material testing,the material can keep 95.1%initial capacitor,the experimental results show that introducing iron oxide nanoparticles PANP/RGO system can greatly improve the performance of the flexible material.
