Taking the ventilation roadway of I020308 working face in Hongliu coal mine as the research object,this tests of article the physical and mechanical parameters of the ventilation roadway of I020308 working face,studies the surrounding rock stability of the composite roof roadway,analyzes the shortcomings of the original support scheme,redesigns the roadway support scheme and optimizes the support.This thesis comprehensively adopts theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other theoretical means,combined with field industrial test,expounds the overburden failure mode of composite roof ventilation roadway in I020308 working face,and analyzes the stability of composite roof roadway.At the same time,combined with the field investigation,targeted optimization was carried out on the basis of the original support scheme,and the effective support of the ventilation roadway of I020308 working face was realized.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)I020308 working face has simple geological structure,good coal seam occurrence conditions and good overall geological conditions in the area;Although the roof has strong water yield,the designed drainage system has complete performance,small water inflow of the working face,and the hydrogeology is simple.(2)Through the measurement of physical and mechanical parameters of surrounding rock of ventilation roadway in I020308 working face,it can be seen that the Roof Texture of coal 3 in ventilation roadway in I020308 working face is relatively compact and the development degree of internal pores is poor;The surrounding rock of the roadway is mainly mudstone,and the hardness coefficient is between 2.0-3.0.It belongs to relatively weak rock,which is slightly poor of the stability of the surrounding rock.(3)The direct roof of return air roadway in i020308 working face is composed of weak rock stratum.The physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock of this kind of roadway reflect the anti-failure ability of surrounding rock to a certain extent,and it is an important part of roadway surrounding rock deformation,instability and roof fall;Under the action of roof water,the weak rock stratum is easy to transform into unstable rock stratum,which increases the thickness of unstable rock stratum of roadway roof,and is more unfavorable to the control of roadway surrounding rock;Under the action of non-uniform load,the roadway is easy to be damaged by local overload,which leads to the overall instability of the roadway.(4)Through the analysis of the original support mode,it can be seen that for the bolt support of return air roadway in i020308 working face,maintaining the stability of roadway surrounding rock mainly depends on high preload and support strength.Based on theoretical calculation,numerical simulation,support quality monitoring and ground pressure monitoring methods,the surrounding rock support parameters of return air roadway in i020308 working face are optimized,the stable bearing capacity of roadway is improved,and the stability of surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
