Vanadium is a strategic resource in China and even the world.It is generally in the form of metal vanadium,ferrovanadium,vanadium nitrogen and vanadium compounds.It is widely used in the fields of steel,machinery manufacturing,automobile,railway,chemical industry,bridge,military industry,aerospace,high-tech cutting-edge science and new energy.A large amount of vanadium,about 85%,is used in the iron and steel industry.When smelting steel,adding a small amount of vanadium can greatly improve the strength,toughness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of steel.Vanadium products include vanadium slag,vanadium oxide,ferrovanadium,ammonium polyvanadate,vanadium-nitrogen alloy,vanadyl sulfate,etc.,among which vanadium oxide(vanadium pentoxide,vanadium trioxide,etc.)is used to produce vanadium iron and vanadium-nitrogen alloy,Vanadium-titanium alloy,vanadium-aluminum alloy and other subsequent main raw materials for vanadium products.During the leaching process of producing vanadium oxide by the calcification roasting dilute sulfuric acid leaching process,a stirring tank is used to stir and mix the liquid-solid particle mixture uniformly to improve the efficiency of the reaction of the mixture.The sulfuric acid leaching process of a vanadium oxide product manufacturer uses 12 stirred tanks for production.The stirred tanks are used in a unique strong acid solution and solid particles in a strong acid liquid-solid environment formed by the reaction process technology.,The stirring tank requires extremely high stirring intensity,and the speed of the stirrer needs to be increased from the original40r/min to the ultra-conventional 90r/min,which often causes various mechanical failures of the stirrer.The paper introduces the basic process of the vanadium industry chain,the process of vanadium production and application industry chain,the processing technology and production process of vanadium products,the production process of the calcification roasting dilute sulfuric acid leaching vanadium oxide products;the introduction of the calcification roasting dilute sulfuric acid leaching process.The layout of the mixing equipment workshop and the leaching reaction principle of calcification and roasting dilute sulfuric acid.The composition and working principle of the mixing tank are described.The failure and reasons of the mixing tank agitator are analyzed.Damage and other failure rates.In order to improve the service life of the agitator,the type,installation structure,sealing and material of the agitator bearing were studied,and the installation and modification plan of the upper half shaft bearing of the agitator and the lower half shaft bearing of the agitator were proposed.In the installation of the lower half shaft bearing of the agitator,the rolling bearing plus the car's seal device modification plan and the sliding bearing and the car's seal device modification plan are adopted.The paper introduces the life calculation methods of rolling bearings and sliding bearings.The life simulation analysis of the angular contact bearing before the modification of the upper half shaft of the agitator and the single bearing and double bearing structure of the double-row tapered roller bearing(352226E)after the modification;The life simulation analysis of roller bearings and sliding bearings has been carried out.The paper counts the service life of the bearings before the agitator reformation,designs a practical plan for the agitator reformation bearing service life,and compares the service life before and after the agitator reformation.The analysis shows that the submerged shaft end of the agitator adopts the modification plan of PTFE sliding bearing and Che's seal device,and the bearing life is the best,which can better solve the service life of the agitator high-speed stirring in the strong acid liquid-solid medium environment.problem.For 12 agitators,the frequency of failures decreased from 22times/month,with an average of 1.9 times/month per unit,to 2 times/month,and an average of 0.16 times/month per unit;the failure rate time was reduced from 280hours/month before the transformation 236 hours/month;standby failure rate decreased from 3.3% to 0.3%,equipment operation rate increased from about 90% to 97.9%;equipment maintenance time decreased from an average of 10% to less than 3%;equipment maintenance management mode decreased from 1.In a monthly cycle,5people were invested in maintenance,and the 48-hour scheduled maintenance management model was increased to a 3-month cycle,and 3 people were invested in maintenance,24 hours,and the average output of the leaching process increased from66 cans/day to an average of 90 cans/day.The annual maintenance material cost and labor cost can be saved about 811,200 yuan per year,which greatly reduces the maintenance intensity of the workers and improves the production efficiency of the equipment.Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of bearings of vanadium oxide produced by calcification roasting sulfuric acid leaching,the paper does not have a frame of reference in the same industry,and proposes a solution for adding submerged bearings to the lower half shaft of the agitator,which is an innovative attempt.In similar production industries for hydrometallurgical smelting of precious metals such as manganese,lithium,and titanium,similar agitation processes in a strongly acidic liquid-solid medium environment also exist.Therefore,the research of the subject has certain promotion value and demonstration significance in the future development of the same industry and in similar industries.
