Chinese bayberry is a specialty of China.The trees have been growing in China for more than 7000 years and planted for more than 2000 years.The fruits of bayberry is tender,juicy,sweet and sour and tasty,with attractive color and flavor.Bayberry is rich in phenolic compounds,organic acids and multivitamins,with anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic and other health care functions.It is expected to be used in medical research.However,bayberry belongs to China's characteristic meat-column berry,the fruit has no outer protection,and is extremely resistant to transportation and storage.It can only be stored at room temperature for about 3 days.In order to extend the shelf life of bayberry,bayberry is usually processed into bayberry juice,bayberry wine,bayberry candied fruit and other product forms for sale.Yangmei is cultivated in Jingzhou County of Hunan province,which is known as "the hometown of Chinese yangmei".But what troubles local fruit farmers is that there is no bumper harvest of yangmei every year.The harvest period of bayberries is short and the ripening time is concentrated,which leads to the accumulation and corruption of a large number of bayberries.The waste of bayberries resources is serious,and the fruit farmers suffer heavy losses.As a result,the income of farmers is low,and the fruit farmers who depend on bayberries for livelihood live in poverty for a long time.Therefore,in order to increase the benefits of the government and the people and help local farmers out of poverty,the problem of harvesting and processing waxberry needs to be solved urgently.This study intends to design a production line of 15,000 cans of bayberry juice per hour and make relevant arrangements based on the example of Ypin Dongfang Jingzhou Factory.In the early stage of design,a large number of literatures and materials were consulted to understand the current research status of bayberry juice in China,determine the technological process of bayberry juice and preliminarily study the stability of anthocyanin in bayberry juice.After field investigation by relevant experts,it is now planned to set up a factory near Shili Village,Jingzhou County,and design a factory to produce 15,000 cans of bayberry juice beverage per hour based on the construction example of Ypin Dongfang Jingzhou Factory.The design includes plant site selection,plane design,plant layout,bayberry juice production process and material balance,environmental protection,economic and technical analysis and other contents.After the completion of the factory,the income of local fruit farmers has been greatly increased.It has also brought tremendous economic benefits to the local people's government and contributed to poverty alleviation and the construction of a new countryside.
