With the rapid development of electrochemical sensors in recent years,the performance of a single material can no longer meet the needs of human beings.Therefore,it is urgent to develop new materials for electrochemical sensors for practical applications.Among these materials,different properties of polymer materials,carbon materials and molybdenum disulfide composite modified electrode has been widely studied.By modifying the electrodes with stimulation-responsive polymer and molybdenum disulfide composite material,the electrodes have not only the electron transfer rate but also the temperature sensitive response,so as to obtain the environmental stimulation-responsive electrochemical sensor,and realize the intelligent detection of the target molecular electrochemical signal.In this paper,the thermo-sensitive materials and electrochemical materials are modified to detect the target molecules on the electrode.The research contents are summarized as follows:(1)MoS2/Au was synthesized by hydrothermal method and N.S-MWCNTs were synthesized calcination method.MoS2/Au/N.S-MWCNTs/GO/PNIPAM-b-PEGMa c-omposite material was synthesized by combining with the temperature-sensitive polymer(poly N-isopropylacrylamide block polyethylene glycol)PNIPAM-b-PEGMa,which was modified on the glassy carbon electrode.Studies have proved that the detection of catechol by composite materials not only has a wide detection range and a lower detection limit,but also has two linear relationships in the concentration range of 0.04?M to 1.28?M and 1.28?M to 15?M.The detection limit is 9 n M,and at the same time,it has good temperature reversibility switching performance between 10and 45?.(2)prepared the MoS2/MWCNTs-COOH/GO composite material,and the temperature-sensitive polymer PNIPAM-b-PEGMa formed an electrochemical sensor film with temperature-sensitive characteristics.Modification of the film on the GCE electrode realizes the"on-off"detection of the temperature of catechins.The study proved that the composite material not only has a wide detection range and lower detection limit,there are two linear relationships within the concentration range of 0.04?M to 1.28?M and 1.28?M to 15?M,and the detection limit is 9 n M,but also can be accurately used for the detection of actual samples,indicating that the temperature for the detection of catechins has been successfully constructed.Sensor detector.(3)MoS2/CTAB/MWCNTs/GO composites were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method,and the thermo-sensitive polymer PNIPAM-b-PEGMa was mixed with ultrasonic modification on the glassy carbon electrode to achieve the"on-off"control of the temperature of paracetamol(AP).The results show that the modified electrode not only has a lower detection limit and a wider linear range for AP detection at 45?,there are two linear relationships in the concentration range of 1?M to 67?M and 67?M to 607?M,and the detection limit is 0.3?M,but also has a better temperat-ure reversibility switching performance between 10? and 45?.
