Heat-not-burn cigarettes are one of the most promising products among new tobacco products.By heating the tobacco materials at a temperature of about 300°C,the nicotine,flavor components and atomizers are released.Compared with traditional cigarettes,heat-not-burn cigarettes only heat the tobacco material instead of burning,which can greatly reduce the release of harmful components in the smoke when the tobacco is burned at a high temperature,but on the other hand,it also makes the flavor components in the smoke and other important smoke The release of ingredients and the law of smoke migration are significantly different from those of traditional burning cigarettes.The high content of moisture,propylene glycol,and glycerin in heat-not-burn cigarettes will affect the appearance quality of cigarettes,and also affect the sensory quality of cigarettes,including cigarette smoke volume and strength.Taking different types of heat-not-burn cigarettes as the research object,systematically study the release characteristics and smoke transfer characteristics of nicotine,propylene glycol,glycerol,moisture and other important components in such products during the heating process,as well as the different smoke generation in tobacco materials The influence of the content and formula of the nicotine and flavor components on the smoke release amount,combined with the thermal analysis of the flavor components and other important smoke components under different temperature heating conditions,the flavor components,nicotine and propylene glycol in the heat-not-burn cigarette Deduction and verification of the thermal cracking and release mechanism of important components such as glycerol,glycerol and moisture,as well as the filter retention mechanism,provide data and theoretical support for the study of heat-not-burn cigarette tobacco materials and formulas,the uniformity of smoke release,and the improvement of sensory quality.This thesis analyzes the propylene glycol,glycerol and nicotine monomers and studies their thermal weight loss.It is determined that the weight loss temperatures of propylene glycol,glycerol and nicotine are about 166?,266? and 166? respectively.The pyrolysis products of the substance at different temperatures,and the corresponding cleavage mechanism is inferred.The pyrolysis mechanism of propylene glycol and glycerol is cracked by different degrees of dehydration,and nicotine is cracked by breaking the bond.The two-by-two addition method of the three substances is studied.The thermal weight loss behavior of the tobacco matrix is ??analyzed,and the pyrolysis products of different additives at different temperatures are obtained,and qualitative analysis is performed on them.According to the results,it is inferred that propylene glycol can promote the release of certain ketones in the tobacco matrix,while glycerol is Alcohols,aldehydes,ketones and other substances have the effect of promoting release,and there is a temperature difference between the release of propylene glycol and glycerol to nicotine.The temperature of propylene glycol promoting release is earlier than the temperature of glycerol;the way of adding three substances Conduct research to qualitatively analyze the pyrolysis products,and explore the effects of different addition methods on the pyrolysis products.By studying the pyrolysis data,the three important substances are semi-quantitatively analyzed.According to the consistent addition method of the total amount,the increase of propylene glycol will affect the tobacco matrix The pyrolysis promotes the effect,and the addition method of the same proportion has little effect on the pyrolysis of the tobacco matrix;through thermogravimetric analysis and thermal pyrolysis analysis,the tipping paper ink in the heated cigarette is studied,and the number of thermal pyrolysis products of different inks is compared to select This ink is used as a product,combined with professional evaluation to conduct theoretical analysis on the selection of tipping paper ink,and provide a theoretical reference for the development and preparation of tipping paper.
