With the rapid development of the 21 st century,mankind has made great progress in various fields such as science,technology,medical life and transportation,but at the same time,various difficult problems have been generated that reduce people's happiness experience.For example,environmental pollution leads to human life.The quality of the environment is deteriorating,and a series of diseases that seriously endanger human life and health,such as cancer,still cannot be cured.In view of such problems,people's demand for materials is also increasing.In the past,materials with complex preparation,single function,and poor environmental friendliness are gradually being abandoned.This thesis first uses Pluronic F127 and TMB as organic templates to synthesize mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles by a simple one-step method.By adjusting the amount of TMB/F127,it is explored that the ?-electron-rich TMB has an effect on the pores of mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles.In addition,the dosage of dopamine monomer on the regulation of mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles was investigated under the fixed dosage of TMB/F127.Subsequently,some applications of mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles in solving practical human problems were studied.The synthesized mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles,in view of their good pore size and excellent specific surface area,have studied their performance as an adsorbent to remove dye pollutants in the environment.The adsorption performance of different dyes and the changes of its adsorption performance under different p H were systematically studied,and then the adsorption process and adsorption mechanism were studied.It was concluded that mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles are useful as adsorbents.With great potential,it is not only environmentally friendly,but also able to remove certain pollutants brought about by human production activities,and can be applied in the treatment of water pollution.In addition,for the synthetically prepared mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles,the practical application of its drug-carrying anti-tumor was carried out.First,the photothermal performance and photothermal conversion efficiency of the system were studied by using different power near-infrared laser sources and adjusting the distance between the laser source and the sample,and then using its excellent photothermal performance and the pores in the particles.The structure is used for drug loading,the MPDA-Cur@TD drug controlled release system was designed and prepared,and then the in vitro drug release experiment was carried out.On the basis of its success,the effective means of hyperthermia-chemotherapy was used to treat 4T1 tumor cells in vitro.In vitro anti-tumor experimental studies were carried out for the model,and it was concluded that the MPDA-Cur@TD composite material can play a certain synergistic effect in killing tumor cells and has a good anti-tumor effect.Therefore,the mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles prepared by the above method Particles have excellent application potential in the field of biomedicine.In summary,the mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles prepared by the one-step method are simple to prepare and operate,with adjustable particle size and pore size,and have great applications in the treatment of environmental water pollution and cancer treatment and other difficult and stubborn problems.The prospects are expected to bring the gospel to mankind.
