With both high elasticity and conductivity,the conductive elastomer can make up for the deficiency of traditional flexible electronics in stretchability.As a result,there are more and more applications in flexible display,flexible wearable devices,intelligent robots,and other fields,which further enriches the types and functions of electronic products.So conductive elastomer has attracted more and more attention and becomes an important research direction in the field of flexible electronics in recent years.Recently the research on conductive elastomers focuses on the preparation of conductive elastomers,the processing of elastic circuits,and the design of sensing applications.In this paper,a series of researches have been carried out on the conductive elastomer to improve the performance.Further work is done to realize stable applications.The main work includes optimizing the selection and proportion of material,optimizing the processing parameters of conductive elastomer circuits,and designing the application of conductive elastomer sensing.(1)Preparation and optimization of conductive elastomer ink.To improve the performance of conductive elastomer,silver micron sheets and elastic polyurethane are employed as raw materials to prepare conductive ink.In this process,the influence of different conductive fillers on the performance of conductive elastomer is compared.Then,the ratio of conductive filler to the elastic component in the ink was further optimized,and the strain characteristics of the conductive elastomer under different ratio conditions were tested and analyzed.Finally,the conductive elastomer performs a good conductivity under 100% strain after optimizing the ratio.(2)Optimization of processing parameters of conductive elastomer.Based on the optimized conductive elastomer ink,the processing parameters of the direct writing process were explored.The effects of ink viscosity and air pressure on elastic wire processing were measured and analyzed.The linewidth of the elastomer is stable and can be controlled between1 mm and 2mm with suitable air pressure.Meanwhile,to improve the elasticity,a method to prepare high elastic elastomer based on electrospinning technology was explored and several methods were put forward to make it conductive furtherly.(3)Research on application technology based on conductive elastomer.The application of conductive elastomer is designed.The sensitivity of the resistance of conductive elastomer with different silver content to strain was compared first.Aiming at the application of strain sensor,the resistance response of conductive elastomer under periodic rapid strain and the uniform strain was tested,and on this basis,the sensing switch and the pharyngeal muscle movement monitoring functions were realized.These works are of great significance to realize more efficient human-computer interaction and motion recognition applications.
