?-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane(KH570)is an important treatment agent widely utilized in rubber,glass fiber,coating,nano composite materials and other fields,which can effectively improve the performance of products.At present,KH570 is mostly produced by batch distillation process.It is difficult to meet the market's quality requirements for KH570 by virtue of low product purity,poor yield,high energy consumption and complicated process operation.In this dissertation,for the KH570 batch distillation process of a plant,the technical transformation scheme of double column continuous distillation was put forward for the first time.Meanwhile,the distillation processes were simulated and the process parameters were optimized.Firstly,the VLE data of KH570 in the pressure range of 0.1 ? 3.0 kPa were measured by using a double cycle vapor-liquid equilibrium kettle.The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of DMF-KH570 and 3-chloropropyl trimethoxysilane-KH570 binary system at 3.0 kPa and different temperature were measured.These data were tested through a method of area,with the results corresponding with the thermodynamic consistency.Using Aspen Plus software to regress the parameters of NRTL and WILSON model,the error between the predicted value of NRTL model and the experimental value is smaller,which is suitable for the distillation system.Secondly,according to the composition of the raw materials,two kinds of continuous distillation processes were proposed,and the two processes were simulated and optimized.Through comparison and analysis,the double columns continuous distillation process was determined as the best scheme.Compared with the existing batch distillation process,the energy consumption of the double columns continuous distillation is saved by 28.54%,and the yield of KH570 increased by 6.69%.The optimal process parameters of two columns continuous distillation are as follows: 6 theoretical stages of DMF recovery column,the feed position in the first theoretical board;11 theoretical stage number of KH570 distillation column,the feed position at the 8th theoretical plate.The mass fraction of KH570 reach 99.99%with the yield of 91.79%.The total heat load of the two condensers is 30.99 kW,and the total heat load of the two reboilers is 31.94 kW.Finally,the continuous distillation experiments of DMF recovery column and KH570 distillation column were carried out under the laboratory conditions.The experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation results,indicating that the simulation results can be used for distillation process design and calculation,and have guiding significance for the continuous transformation of existing KH570 batch process.
