Due to their unique electronic and steric properties,sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds are very important in the preparation of many industrial products and polymers.Therefore,the development of novel and efficient methods to construct sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds has received widespread attention.In this thesis,a series of new methods for efficiently constructing sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds have been developed through the study of tandem cyclization reactions between sulfur-containing reactants and suitable reaction substrates,and the following research results:1)A new method for efficiently constructing benzothiophene seven-membered nitrogen heterocyclic compounds has been developed.Under the catalysis of DMAP,the azadiene undergoes a domino cyclization reaction with isatin-derived?-(trifluoromethyl)imine,and a series of benzothieno seven-membered nitrogen heterocyclic compounds have been synthesized,which have important research value in organic synthesis.2)A new method of constructing benzothienopyrrole compounds has been developed.This method still uses thioauron-derived azadiene as a substrate,and under the catalysis of Cs2CO3,the[4+1]cycloaddition reaction with sulfur ylide realizes a series of benzothienopyrrole skeleton compounds.3)A new method of synthesizing chromene derivatives was studied.In this work,under the catalysis of piperidine,and thioisatin undergoes a domino cyclization reaction with phenylvinyl ketone,and it is used as the raw material,and a benzothiopyranone skeleton-containing compound was synthesized,and it have moderate stereoselectivity and good yields.In this thesis,a total of 113 new compounds were synthesized.All new products were characterized by hydrogen spectroscopy(1H NMR),carbon spectroscopy(13C NMR),infrared(IR),mass spectrometry(HRMS),and melting point mp(solid).X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis identified some representative new compound structures.
