Objective:Aiming at the problem that the data collection of food safety public opinion in the era of big data is not fast and accurate enough,this paper started from two different research objects of keyword collection and media collection.On the one hand,this paper built a library of keywords related to food safety,and introduced to the analysis of the Bayesian network model,and proposed the monitoring probe of food safety public opinion based on Bayesian network;On the other hand,according to the characteristics of media information dissemination,several types of media attribute parameters are summarized for the judgment of media importance,this paper established a mathematical model to put forward the influencing factor model based on the efficiency of media information dissemination,so as to improve the speed and efficiency of public opinion data collection on food safety.Methods:In the design of monitoring probe scheme based on Bayesian network,firstly,this paper used My SQL database to establish a food safety keyword database.Secondly,this paper used the Bayesian network model to construct the keyword database to form a monitoring probe.Thirdly,this paper selected the public cloud public opinion monitoring system for data collection.Finally,the monitoring probe is compared with traditional public opinion data collection and web crawler data collection to do three groups of comparative experiments(milk,wine,tea)to verify the effectiveness of the method.Under the scheme design of the influencing factors model based on the efficiency of media information transmission,firstly,this paper excavated the core media communicators to analyze the communication characteristics of public opinion information on food safety under the role of media communication behavior.Secondly,this paper set a series of the media attribute parameters such as forwarding amount,evaluation amount and thumb up amount to obtain the efficiency of media information communication,and built the influencing factor model to evaluate the importance of media and realize the priority collection of media with high influence and fast transmission.Thirdly,this paper collected public opinion data of three groups of food safety incidents,namely,food poisoning in Huilai,Guangdong Province,poisonous mushrooms in Yunnan Province and sour soup in Northeast China.Finally,this paper verified the feasibility of the method through case analysis.Results:On the one hand,starting from the collection objects of keywords,a monitoring probe based on Bayesian network model was built to improve the data collection efficiency of food safety keywords.The monitoring probe was compared with the traditional public opinion data collection and web crawler collection for three groups of experiments(milk,wine,tea)to verify its effectiveness.The results showed that the data mining time of three groups of experiments(milk3s;Alcohol2.5s;Tea2.4s)was significantly reduced,and the data efficiency(milk 83.6%,Alcohol77%,Tea77.9%)was significantly higher.On the other hand,starting from the objects of media collection,a model of influencing factors based on the efficiency of media information transmission is built.This paper collected public opinion data of three groups of food safety incidents,namely,food poisoning in Huilai,Guangdong Province,poisonous mushrooms in Yunnan Province and sour soup in Northeast China,and verified the feasibility of the method through case analysis.This paper obtained three groups of media attribute parameters summary table,accurately located different media collection objects,reduced the mining time of public opinion data,reduced the generation of garbage data,and saved the collection cost of public opinion monitoring system.Conclusions:This paper started from two different research objects of food safety keywords and food safety media,based on keywords library introduces Bayesian network to form monitoring probe,and based on different media information dissemination efficiency of the allocation of public opinion surveillance,this paper constructed two kinds of analysis method to improve food safety public opinion data acquisition efficiency.The method shows that the keywords library into the Bayesian network model formation monitoring probe,the data collection method based on the media information dissemination efficiency influencing factors model,which can effectively improve the timeliness and accuracy of food safety public opinion data collection.It can effectively improve the timeliness and accuracy of the data collection of public opinion on food safety,provide data support for the subsequent construction of public opinion data resource pool,including data analysis and data application,reduce the construction and operation costs of the food safety public opinion monitoring system and expand the scope of promotion and application of the network public opinion monitoring system on food safety by positioning the data collection objects of keywords and media.
