In recent years,X-ray has been widely used in scientific research,industrial inspection,medical radiography,safety inspection and safety monitoring,etc.Ultraviolet light also has important applications in medicine,such as phototherapy,tumor treatment and so on.In this paper,starting from the excitation light penetration depth and insufficient treatment effect of tumor treatment at this stage,we will design a core-shell nanomaterial system with highly penetrating X-ray excitation to emit efficient ultraviolet light that can be used for tumor treatment,and study its luminescence transition mechanism and energy transfer process.A multifunctional composite for diagnosis and treatment was constructed.NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Ho3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Er3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+@SiO2、NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+@SiO2@Au nanoluminescent materials were prepared,the morphology,crystal structure and emission spectrum of NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Ho3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Er3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+@SiO2、NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+@SiO2@Au were studied.Gd3+ion doping concentration was continuously regulated to achieve the most efficient deep UV luminescence under X-ray excitation.The effects of NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Ho3+,Gd3+and NaYF4:Er3+,Gd3+doping on luminescence were studied and compared.The emission intensity of NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+、NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+@SiO2、NaYF4:Tm3+,Gd3+@SiO2@Au with or without core-shell cladding was investigated.It also studies the application of deep ultraviolet light excited by high energy X-ray in medical tumor treatment.X-ray excitation light source is used to improve the low penetration depth and weak penetration strength at the present stage,so that the nano-luminescent materials in the body can absorb enough excitation energy and efficiently stimulate the photosensitizer.At the later stage of the experiment,the coated silica shell can carry more drugs due to its special mesoporous structure,which can cooperate with drug therapy while photodynamic therapy.The outermost layer is coated with Au shell.On the one hand,the coating of gold shell improves biological compatibility and is easy to surface biological functionalization.More importantly,the gold shell can inactivate tumor cells under X-ray or near-infrared light irradiation.The coating of the shell makes the composite become a multifunctional composite for diagnosis and treatment.The study of this paper makes up for the shortcomings in the current tumor treatment and obtains a highly efficient ultraviolet light that can be used for tumor treatment. |
