Electrical equipment and systems are an important guarantee for the normal operation of offshore oil platforms.Due to the harsh environment of high humidity,high salt and narrow space for a long time,electrical equipment is prone to failure due to abnormal heating,and even cause serious accidents such as fire and explosion.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and management of the temperature of electrical equipment on offshore platforms.At present,most offshore platforms use manual patrol inspection to detect the temperature of electrical equipment,which has some problems,such as time-consuming and labor-consuming,poor standardization,lack of continuity and real-time.According to the characteristics and monitoring requirements of electrical equipment on offshore platform,a set of electrical equipment temperature monitoring system based on infrared technology is designed,and the key technologies of the system are systematically studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation and analysis,a distributed monitoring scheme integrating infrared camera,visible light camera and infrared temperature sensor is proposed,that is,the system structure in the cabinet is photographed by the camera before the system application and used for the registration of relevant parts on the cabinet surface.Infrared camera is used in the application For example,large-area temperature monitoring is implemented for the electrical cabinet from the outside,and then the operation of equipment inside the cabinet is indirectly reflected through the cabinet surface temperature.Wireless infrared temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of key points in the cabinet.In terms of data transmission mode,considering the shielding of metal hatch in the platform,wired and wireless communication mode is designed to ensure real-time and stable data transmission.(2)Supporting the application of hardware system,the system monitoring software is developed with C# language,and the patrol detection mode is adopted to realize the temperature information acquisition function of electrical equipment;the infrared diagnosis methods such as surface temperature judgment method,relative temperature judgment method and similar comparison method are adopted to realize the real-time analysis function of temperature information of electrical equipment;the curve is combined with key data to realize real-time analysis Display the temperature status of the monitoring equipment;The hierarchical management mode of area,equipment and point is adopted to realize the management functions of real-time temperature,analysis results,processing and other information.The software comprehensively realizes the diagnosis,alarm and management of abnormal temperature of electrical equipment on offshore platform.(3)Further improve the intelligent level of the system,study the characteristics of the temperature data of the electrical equipment of the offshore platform,establish the ARIMA time series model,and conduct 30 periods of short-term prediction experiments on the temperature data based on the field collected data.The experimental results show that the short-term prediction effect of the ARIMA fitting model is remarkable,and the relative error between the predicted value and the actual value is within 4%.This paper focuses on the key problems of infrared on-line monitoring system for electrical equipment of offshore platform.The developed hardware and software system has realized real-time,continuous and stable application on offshore oil 161 platform.From the on-site feedback,the application of the system has changed the management mode of the on-site electrical equipment of the platform,realized the functions of real-time monitoring,analysis,pre/ alarm and information management of the temperature status of the electrical equipment,and significantly improved the safety of the electrical equipment and system of the platform.
