Microbiological testing is the basic operation in the operation process of food testing,bio-medicine,water quality testing,etc.With the increasing living standards,the public's attention to food safety issues is increasing day by day.At the same time,the tasks of relevant food testing departments are also increasing.Increasingly,especially during the epidemic,food testing has become more stringent.Among the many food testing indicators,the key indicator of whether a food is qualified is the number of microorganisms in it.The technical means for counting microorganisms in food is a very critical part.Because the microorganisms have small promise targets and diverse shapes,they are more easily identified.difficulty.So far,even if companies and research institutes have been able to count microorganisms,there are still a lot of real-time equipment for detecting bacterial populations in microbial samples,and there are fewer applications in the field of microorganisms for automatic cultivation and analysis.Therefore,it is difficult to promote and use.The research of this subject takes image processing technology and motion control technology as the main research part,and through the use of Lab VIEW to communicate with the motion controller,the storage of microbial samples and image collection are realized;the Python program is used to process the bacterial colony pictures At the time,you can use the open source computer vision algorithm library to directly analyze and process the data of the colony pictures at the same time;and use the software panel developed by Lab VIEW to display the data analysis results in real time,and finally perform the colony calculation,so as to comply with the corresponding food inspection requirements,To achieve the purpose of food inspection.First of all,based on the importance of the calibration technology of the image acquisition system to vision and the entire system,this topic has carried out research on the calibration technology of the image acquisition system,and analyzed the basic mode of the camera image and the coordinate change relationship.According to this article,complete the designed visual recognition and calibration of the motion controller.Secondly,the design of the image acquisition module in the vision module and the image processing algorithm involved in the colony counting module are compared,optimized,and determined,and finally the determination of each processing algorithm in the colony counting algorithm is completed,and the colony count is completed.Thirdly,the specific design of the motion control module was made,and the positioning algorithm was studied in depth.At the same time,the computer image processing tools provided on the Lab VIEW platform were used to study the image processing technology;the control module was designed and written The programming of the motion controller module is completed.The software part of the motion controller is systematically designed,including the program structure and program flow chart;the design of each function module of the upper computer and the achievement of the target function are introduced,including the realization of each function module and sub-function program module and the main The function module programming is perfect.Finally,through the integration and testing of the vision module and the motion control system,the results show that the Lab VIEW-based microbial visual recognition system designed in this topic has the meaning and value,and there is considerable practicability and promotion space.
