Solar energy is the most valuable clean energy in today's era.It has the advantages of simple acquisition and little pollution to the environment. It is an excellent renewable energy that can be used by humans for a long time. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,as a new type of renewable energy, the development of solar photovoltaic power generation has been accelerating in recent years. As an important part of solar modules, photovoltaic cell packaging materials can support, stabilize and seal photovoltaic cell devices. In addition, encapsulation can protect photovoltaic modules from harsh climatic conditions such as rain, snow and sand. The performance of packaging materials can directly affect the overall output performance and stability of photovoltaic modules.Under normal operating conditions, photovoltaic modules are required to work continuously for 25-30 years under the above-mentioned complex environmental conditions, and the attenuation power amplitude should be maintained below 20%during the operation of the module.more severe demands. The selection of suitable packaging materials and packaging processes is an important guarantee for the long-term stable operation of photovoltaic modules. In summary,it is necessary to develop a high-performance encapsulation material for perovskite photovoltaic cells. The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Using azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator and acrylic acid(AA),butyl acrylate(BA),methyl acrylate(MA)and styrene(St)as reaction monomers, two stable ternary PAA-MA-BA and PAA-St-BA were obtained by free radical copolymerization.polymer.The effects of preparation process on polymer properties, including light transmittance, thermal stability, and adhesive properties, are discussed in detail. The bonding mechanism between polymer and substrate was revealed.(2)FTO/Ti O2/FA0.92Cs0.08Pb I3/Spiro-OMe TAD/Au perovskite solar devices(PSCs)were encapsulated by PAA-MA-BA and PAA-St-BA terpolymers, and the encapsulation process was explored.(3)The photovoltaic cell packaging structure of glass/Polyvinyl butyral(PVB)polymer film/PAA-MA-BA/PSCs was used to realize the encapsulation of perovskite photovoltaic cells at 80?,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of PSCs after encapsulation could reach 20.61%.The encapsulated PSCs have good impact resistance and are suitable for building-integrated perovskite photovoltaics.
