Polyacrylate resin is a kind of polymeric material prepared by polymerization of acrylate monomers. It exhibits excellent physical and chemical properties and has been widely applied in separation, catalysis, biomedicine and pollutant treatment. However, due to some shortcomings of its own structure, the application scope of polyacrylate resin is limited,so the research on its modification is still one of the hot spots in this field. In this paper, the hydrophilic modification and amination modification of polyacrylate resin were mainly applied in the enrichment of glycopeptides and the adsorption of metal ions in sewage respectively. The specific works are as follows:1.Three hydrophilic polyglycidyl methacrylate-copolymerization-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate resins were prepared by using 1,4,7,10-tetracyclododecane,melamine,isophthalaldehyde and 1,3,5-triglyceride isocyanuric acid as precursors by ring-opening polymerization of epoxy amine or condensation reaction of amine aldehyde on the surface of resin coated with porous organic polymer.Three functionalized resins,poly(TC)@MAR,poly(MT)@MAR and poly(IM)@MAR,have been successfully used as HILIC adsorbents to capture glycopeptides from complex samples by using their large surface area, excellent hydrophilicity and unbiased affinity for various glycopeptides. All three materials showed excellent hydrophilicity and showed good specificity, sensitivity and selectivity by HILIC enrichment of N-glycopeptides from standard proteolytic fluids and complex biological samples.A total of 694 Nglycopeptides and 372 N-glycosylation sites was identified from 2 ?L of human serum digest with poly(TC)@MAR,which was not only superior to those of poly(MT)@MAR(286 N-glycosylation sites and 547 N-glycopeptides)and poly(IM)@MAR(669 Nglycopeptides and 355 N-glycosylation sites),but also superior to those of other reported HILIC materials. This study provides a new and convenient method for the synthesis of enrichment materials for glycoproteome analysis by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.2.Janus microspheres were prepared by seed emulsion polymerization using glycyl methacrylate as monomer and pentaerythritol tetra acrylate as crosslinking reagent. Then polymer brushes were grafted onto the surface of microspheres by atomic transfer free radical polymerization to increase the density of functional groups on the surface of microspheres. Finally, the aminated resin was prepared as metal ion adsorption material by introducing amine groups into the surface of the microspheres through the epoxideamine ring-opening reaction, and its adsorption performance was studied. The saturated adsorption capacity of amine resin for copper ions reached 349.6 mg/g,and the adsorption capacity of copper ions conformed to Langmuir model.
