Carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)is a composite of carbon fiber reinforcement and resin or other matrix.It is widely used in all walks of life due to its high performance which is different from traditional materials.For example,CFRP is applied to critical structural parts such as aircraft fuselage and wing in the aviation industry.In the process of manufacture and use of CFRP,it is inevitable to produce a variety of damages,which reduce the safety of CFRP.At present,nondestructive testing of CFRP has become a technical hot issue and application direction in the industry.Electrical resistance tomography(ERT)is a nondestructive testing technology used to detect the distribution of conductive medium in objects.It has the advantages of simple structure,non-invasive,visualization and well real-time performance.ERT technology can take use of the conductivity of CFRP to detect its defects.ERT technology,as a new means of CFRP defect detection,has attracted extensive attention.This thesis has mainly done the following research:(1)The simulation analysis of CFRP laminates is carried out,and different defect models of CFRP laminates are constructed.The adjacent,relative and diagonal excitation modes are compared and analyzed.Then,the excitation mode which is more suitable for CFRP detection is selected to guide the subsequent experiments.(2)A set of 16 electrode ERT test platform is built.The test platform includes tested material,electrode sensor,data acquisition module and image reconstruction unit.When testing CFRP laminates with different defects,the detection effects of different defects will be different.Comparing and analyzing the final imaging results can explain and explain the phenomena existing in the experimental process.It is proved that the application of ERT technology in CFRP defect detection has good application prospect and research value.
