Organometallic halide perovskites solar cells(PSCs)have attracted great attention in the past few years due to their rapid inprovement of their conversion efficiency and the convenient solution-processable fabrication.In this paper,the content of halogen in the perovskitess thin film is controlled by means of component control,which extends the application in organic memory devices,based on the research of perovskites cells.The following is an introduction for specific application scenarios:In the field of perovskitess solar cells,A new type of perovskites solar cell with electron-blocking effect was prepared by modifying the films of MAPbI3 as light absorption layer through atmosphere-assisted heat treatment.Through the atmosphere of MABr and heated by 120? for 20 minutes,the perovskites electronic-blocking layers with a gradient distribution of bromine elements could be prepared.Those cells were prepared by the structure of FTO/TiO2/MAPbI3/MAPbI3-xBrx/Au and tested under AM 1.5 simulated solar conditions.As a result,the short-circuit current Jsc increased to 21.17mA/cm2,and the open circuit voltage VOC increased from 0.914 to 1.026V,The corresponding device conversion efficiency is increased to a maximum of 16.58%.In the field of electric memory materials,A new type of ReRAM was prepared by bismuth ion-doped modified MAPbBr3 film,and with the assistance of ZnO layers.When the ratio of Pb2+/Bi3+ metal ions in the precursor solution was 4:1,the device based on FTO/ZnO/MAPb1-xBixBr3/Pt structure was prepared.In the devices' performance test,compared with the MAPbBr3 basic film,the Ron/Roff was increased to 105 at the maximum,and the set/reset voltage range was reduced by 0.57 V.And the device passed the fatigue and high temperature test with the excellent stability.This paper designs and prepares two kinds of perovskites films and devices with different structures and characteristics through regulating composition and band methods to suit different semiconductor application.This research will further promote the perovskites materials to apply in more semiconductor applications.
