In order to promote the development of the resource utilization technology of a large number of decommissioned and used ammunition in my country,and to solve the problem that the waste double-based propellants cannot be directly prepared for perfusion explosives.In this paper,first supercritical CO2 foaming technology is used to foam the waste double-based propellants,and the foamed double-based propellants with a multi-cell structure is prepared.By changing the pressure and time in the saturation process,the solubility of supercritical CO2in the double-based propellants and the influence of the foaming process on the energy,voids morphology,and ingredients content of the foamed double-based propellants were studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of the saturation pressure,the solubility of carbon dioxide and the number of foamed double-based propellants cells gradually increase,but the explosion heat value gradually decreases.With the increase of the saturation time,the solubility of carbon dioxide gradually increases and the growth rate is small.in the foamed double-based propellants,the cells are not obvious and some cracks appear.The reason for the cracks is that more carbon dioxide becomes gas and escapes from the voids to form cracks.Secondly,the foamed double-based propellant was used as the raw material to prepare the perfusion explosives.By means of witness board test,underwater explosion and high-speed photography,the function of perfusion explosives,specific shock wave energy,bubble energy and fireball change during detonation were studied.The experimental results show that the perfusion explosive made from the foamed double-based propellants has good detonation performance,and the specific shock wave energy can reach 1.091 k J/g.The voids structure produced by the foaming process provides hot spots for the detonation reaction,which make The explosives successfully exploded.As the saturation pressure increases,the specific shock wave energy of the perfusion explosive gradually increases.The reason is that the increase in the number of voids,which provides more hot spots for the explosion reaction,more complete detonation,and increased energy released.With the increase of the saturation time,the specific shock wave energy of the perfusion explosive is a downward trend.The nitroglycerin content of the double-base propellants decreases,resulting in a decrease in the specific shock wave energy of the perfusion explosive.Finally,the method of adding aluminum powder is used to increase the energy of perfusion explosives containing foamed double-based explosives.The detonation reaction of aluminum powder in infused explosives and the effect of aluminum powder content on the energy of infused explosives are studied.The post-combustion effect of aluminum powder in the detonation reaction has an obvious effect on the energy enhancement of explosives.The experimental results show that the specific shock wave energy of underwater explosion of perfusion explosives with 3%?9%aluminum powder increases with the increase of aluminum powder content.When the aluminum powder content is 9%,the specific shock wave energy can be increased by 30.86%,and the bubble energy can be increased by 29.52%.
