As one of the important special components in the textile industry,the high-speed single-elastic spindle has an irreplaceable position in improving the textile efficiency and spinning quality.When the spindle is running at high speed,the tip of the spindle rotates at a high speed in the lubricating fluid in the spindle foot cavity,which can easily form an oil and gas vortex,which affects the vibration characteristics of the spindle.Changing the three-dimensional structure,surface coating and surface micro-texture of the spindle tip will have an impact on the vibration characteristics of the spindle,but the influence rule is not clear.Therefore,this paper is based on the multi-functional comprehensive inspection experimental platform for spindles.First,YD4203C-pointed head type;YD6111FA-conical frustum type;YD6100E-flat head type,three kinds of spindles with different end shape characteristics are used as sample models.The test bench simulates the spindle operation conditions,and collects and draws the axis trajectory diagram,the horizontal vibration distance and the vertical vibration distance diagram,and the amplitude diagrams in four directions.Based on the above results,the influence of different end shape features on the vibration characteristics of the spindle is studied,and on this basis,the surface coating treatment of the single elastic spindle is carried out,and then the experimental analysis is carried out to study the surface coating and lubrication state of the spindle tip.influence on its vibration characteristics.Combined with the surface biomimetic texture technology,the microstructure presents excellent self-lubricating and anti-wear and anti-friction properties combined with the spindle,thereby improving the lubrication,anti-wear and anti-friction properties of the spindle during high-speed rotation.Finally,using solidwork and ansys,the spindle modeling,modal analysis and fluid-structure coupling analysis are carried out respectively.The research results can provide theoretical and practical reference for further improving the performance of the spindle.
