Currently,the parallel mechanism has been used in many areas of life and scientific research,especially in industry.In the manufacturing industry,In order to meet the high accuracy and quality requirements in the production of mechanical molds as well as complex and changing surface requirements,all countries in the world are actively developing multifunctional parallel machine tools.In this paper,based on this background research a kind of the parallel mechanism and machine tool technology integration of 2PSR + PUU parallel machine tool,in the organization configuration design,kinematics,statics,dynamics,etc are studied,research shows that the machine has a larger work space and swing Angle,can make up for the parallel machine tool swinging Angle is small,hard to complex processing machinery mold surface defects.This paper mainly carries out the following research:(1)A 2PSR+PUU parallel machine tool configuration is proposed to meet the requirements of difficult machining of complex surface in mechanical die.The structure is described in detail,the degrees of freedom of the parallel machine are calculated with the help of the screw theoryand checked for correctness using the corrected G-K formula.The machine has three degrees of freedom(2T1R).The assembly movement modeled by 3d drawing software proved the feasibility of the machine tool configuration,and the driving pair of the machine tool was reasonably selected.It was found that the machine tool met the practical needs of complex surface in machining machine dies,and had the characteristics of large swing Angle that ordinary parallel machine tools do not have.(2)The kinematic analysis and simulation of 2PSR+PUU parallel machine tool are carried out by Solid Works and MATLAB using closed-loop vector method.Create a coordinate system for coordinate transformation on the machine's moving and static platforms,and use the closed loop vector method to get the equation for the machine's position reversal.The position of the machine is calculated using the Levy Fly particle optimization algorithm.The machine was separately matched to the available space of the machine with the help of two software,and it was found that it has a large working area.(3)The statics and stiffness of 2PSR+PUU parallel machine tool are analyzed and simulated by MATLAB and ANSYS.First,perform a static analysis of the parallel machine to determine all static equations,using MATLAB and ANSYS a static analysis of the plunger,a static matrix of the machine based on a static analysis,and a stress analysis of the machine with ANSYS software.The result is a significant load capacity of the parallel machine to meet the usage requirements,and the impact of the deformation variables on accuracy in extreme cases can be neglected.(4)The dynamics performance of 2PSR+PUU parallel machine tool was analyzed and simulated by Kane method and ADAMS software.Use the Kane method to dynamically model three chains and the tool motion plate to determine the dynamic equations for the machine and simulate the machine with MATLAB and ADAMS and analyze the force of the plunger.Proof that the machine works perfectly and allows the machining of the mechanical mold.
