Energy science and technology innovation is one of the important tasks of the national energy strategy.As an important energy source,oil is of great significance to its exploration and exploitation.Well logging is one of the most important technologies in the oil industry.The well logging network is an indispensable part of the logging system,and its stability and reliability are related to the work efficiency of logging operations and the safety of oil production.In recent years,with the increasingly complex drilling environment,the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of logging system has become an important research direction.Aiming at the fault characteristics of wireline logging network in harsh working environment,this thesis studies the status monitoring and abnormal analysis methods from the perspectives of communication and network,and designs a set of efficient fault diagnosis system.The main research contents and work arrangement of this thesis are as follows:1.The model,composition and implementation method of each module in the system are analyzed,and the common fault types are summarized for the general communication system.According to the characteristics and practical application of the wireline logging network,the composition and classification of vulnerable points.2.In view of the complex characteristics of wireline logging faults,the evaluation parameters and indicators are designed from three aspects of signal,demodulation process and network,and evaluation standards and methods are proposed.In terms of logging signal analysis,according to the same characteristics of specific signals,the spectral analysis method is adopted,and the abnormal frequency points are separated by difference and threshold judgment.In terms of demodulation process,according to the demodulation method and process,the characteristics of parameters such as frequency response characteristics,signal-to-noise ratio,bit allocation and bit error rate of logging channel are studied,and the changes of parameters when faults are analyzed.In terms of network,in view of the delay and packet loss of logging network,the mean delay value,variance and time distribution of packet loss are proposed as indicators to measure network conditions,and the reasons for network failures when the indicators are abnormal are analyzed.3.The fault is analyzed from the structure and angle of the whole logging system,the fault tree of the logging system is established,and a fault analysis method is proposed to trace the source in the fault tree through the combination of multi-parameters.Then design the corresponding hardware and control analysis software according to the requirements of parameter acquisition.4.According to the phenomenon of the simulated fault,trace the source through the fault tree and related measurement results,compare the inference results and the actual results,verify and correct the fault tree,and use the fault diagnosis system in the actual fault system,Solve practical application problems.
