Supramolecular chemistry is an interdisciplinary subject that includes physics,chemistry,biology,etc.,and is currently being gradually extended to new fields.The structure of supramolecular is controlled by intermolecular forces such as hydrogen bonds,covalent bonds and non-covalent bonds.Scientists carefully design molecular monomers and synthesize supramolecular assemblies with novel structures and functions through self-assembly methods.body.Supramolecular self-assembly is one of the current hot topics.The unique structure and function of novel supramolecular bodies have broad application prospects in the fields of guest inclusion,fluorescence sensing,supramolecular catalysis,and rare earth applications.In this paper,a series of novel organometallic supramolecules are obtained through self-assembly by designing nitrogen-containing organic ligands and transition metals,which have great potential application value in supramolecular catalysis,fluorescence sensing,and host-guest inclusion.In the second chapter,a series of N-containing functional organic ligands based on pyridine and pyrazole are designed and synthesized,and organometallic supramolecules are obtained by means of programmed hierarchical self-assembly.During the assembly reaction,the pyrazole functional group in the organic ligand spontaneously deprotonates in water and acetone solution,and the Cotton type double palladium metal vector[(bpy)2Pd2(NO3)2](NO3)2 and[(dmbpy)2Pd2(NO3)2](NO3)2 self-assembled to obtain a series of first-level clip assemblies.We characterized the products obtained by NMR,mass spectrometry,X-ray single crystal diffraction,etc.,and performed UV-visible spectroscopy on some products.Fluorescence spectroscopy showed that under the action of different anions,the ultraviolet absorption spectra showed obvious differences.In the third chapter,the polyimidazole organic ligand was designed and synthesized,and it was self-assembled with Cotton type double palladium metal vector[(dmbpy)2Pd2(NO3)2](NO3)2 in DMSO solution.The NMR spectrum shows that the organic ligand and the metal vector react in a ratio of 1:1,and the CPK theoretical simulation calculation shows that the assembled product is a three-dimensional supramolecular cage with the[3+3]configuration as the best stable structure.The culture conditions of the supramolecular assembly single crystal based on the polyimidazole organic ligand and its application in the field of self-assembly chemistry are under further investigation.
