With the development of the industrial system,higher performance requirements have been put forward for the hydraulic pipelines,oil pipeline transportation,and sealing accessories of polymer materials that require higher levels of heat resistance and oil resistance.At the same time,based on the production and use of current products To meet the requirements and development trend of environmental protection and "green",it is imperative to research and develop oil-resistant,high-temperature-resistant dynamic vulcanized blended thermoplastic elastomers(TPV).Based on acrylate elastomer(AEM,ACM)and polyvinylidene fluoride resin(PVDF),a new type of oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant TPV is produced by dynamic vulcanization technology in this topic,which provides a certain theory for the preparation of heat-resistant oil-type TPV for industrial production in my country.in accordance with.In this subject,the effect of the change of acrylate elastomer phase properties on the phase structure and properties of TPV was studied.Studies have shown that the degree of AEM crosslinking determines the occurrence of TPV phase inversion.When the amount of dicumyl peroxide(DCP)is 4.5 parts,TPV is formed,which has better heat-resistant oil and hot air aging performance;When the amount of carbon black increases,the viscosity ratio of the sea-island phase increases,which is more conducive to the inversion of ACM and PVDF,and the particle size of ACM rubber particles is smaller;chlorinated polyethylene(CM)plays a good role in compatibilization in ACM/PVDF TPV As the amount of CM increased,the performance of ACM/PVDF TPV showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.By toughening and modifying the continuous phase PVDF,the elongation at break and the processing fluidity of the TPV material are increased.The research shows that TPU and PVDF 90131 have obvious toughening effect on PVDF.With the increase of TPU dosage,the high temperature fluidity of AEM/PVDF TPV is improved.When the amount of TPU is 6 parts,the tensile strength of AEM/PVDF TPV is maximized.The value of TPU is 15.5MPa.The addition of TPU destroys the crystallization of PVDF,which reduces the aging resistance of AEM/PVDF TPV;the addition of PVDF 90131 improves the physical and mechanical properties of AEM/PVDF TPV.After adding 15 parts of PVDF 90131,the tensile strength of TPV is 15.2MPa,the elongation at break is274%,and the addition of PVDF 90131 improves the aging resistance of AEM/PVDF TPV.The effects of different processing techniques on the microphase state and properties of TPV were studied.When the shear rate in the dynamic vulcanization process is larger,the phase inversion of AEM and PVDF is more likely to occur.When the rotation speed is75 rpm,the obtained TPV material has better mechanical properties.The tensile strength at break reaches 14.8 MPa,and the elongation at break reaches 246%;as the processing temperature increases,the TPV phase inversion is easier.When the processing temperature is 190 ℃,a TPV material with a fine microstructure is obtained.The processing characteristics of the TPV and the performance comparison with the commonly used elastomers in the market were further investigated.ACM/PVDF TPV has excellent repeated processing performance.After repeated processing for 4 times,the tensile strength can still be maintained at 27.2MPa;the TPV material has excellent extrusion processing performance;the stretching rate has an important influence on the performance of TPV.When the stretching rate is 50mm/min,the mechanical properties of the TPV material are Better;compared with TPU with the same hardness in the market,ACM/PVDF TPV can maintain higher tensile stress under high temperature and small deformation,and has better resilience performance.When 120 ℃,the breaking strength of TPV can still be maintained at 10.5 MPa.
