Magnetic rubber is mainly processed by rubber matrix,magnetic powder and other compounding agents.Compared with traditional sintered permanent magnets,magnetic rubber has the advantages of high toughness,easy processing,strong magnetism and so on.It has a very wide range of applications.The development of modern industry has put forward higher requirements for the physical and mechanical properties and magnetic properties of magnetic rubber,this article selects the nitrile rubber(NBR),ferrite magnetic powder and magnetic Nd Fe B powder,system to explore the effect of various factors on properties of magnetic NBR,to provide theoretical guidance for the industrial production of magnetic NBR,mainly includes four aspects:(1)The influence of the preparation process on the properties of magnetic NBR was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of the dosage of magnetic powder,the physical and mechanical properties decreased and the magnetic properties showed a monotonically increasing trend.With the increase of vulcanization temperature,the magnetic properties decreased gradually.At high temperatures,Br,HCB,(BH)max decreased greatly,while HCJ increased slightly.The thermal weight loss of magnetic NBR can be divided into three stages,which were 1.17%,9.63%and 4.68%,respectively.(2)The influence of carbon black on the performance of magnetic NBR was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of carbon black particle size,the physical and mechanical properties of MH,ML,MH-ML and vulcanized rubber decreased,Br,HCB,HCJ and(BH)max increased first and then decreased,and the rubber filled with N550 carbon black had the optimal magnetic properties:Br 0.220T,HCB 165k A·m-1,HCJ 274 k A·m-1,(BH)max 9.3 k J·m-3;MH,ML,MH-ML of the mixed rubber and the Schall A hardness and tear strength of the vulcanized rubber increased with the increase of the carbon black content.The tensile strength increased first and then decreased,while Br,HCB,(BH)max gradually decreased.The rubber with the carbon black content of 10 phr had the optimal magnetic properties:Br 0.228 T,HCB 171 k A·m-1,HCJ290 k A·m-1,(BH)max 9.9 k J·m-3.(3)The influence of coupling agents on the properties of magnetic NBR was investigated.The results showed that silane was helpful to improve the physical and mechanical properties,titanate was helpful to improve the magnetic properties;after hot air aging at 100?×72 h,the hardness,tensile strength and tear strength of magnetic NBR increased,while the elongation at break decreased.When the amount of coupling agent was 1%,the coupling agent monolayer was attached to the surface of magnetic powder,and the optimal magnetic properties were as follows:Br 0.224 T,HCB 162k A·m-1,HCJ 279 k A·m-1,(BH)max 9.7 k J·m-3.(4)The influence of magnetic powder on the performance of magnetic NBR was investigated.The results showed that:The magnetic properties of magnetic NBR prepared by Nd Fe B were better than those prepared by ferrite.The demagnetization curve of FC320 and ZC-01 did not show obvious inflection point,and the magnetic properties of the adhesive with a ratio of 750/50 were significantly improved compared with that of the single adding ferrite magnetic powder.Br 0.238 T,HCB 191 k A·m-1,HCJ289 k A·m-1,(BH)max 10 k J·m-3.
