Environmental Information Disclosure To Z Enterprise Research On The Impact Of Green Innovation Performance

The current environmental protection situation is very severe.It has become the trend of the times to improve the environmental information disclosure system and establish a market-oriented corporate green innovation system.As the main way for all stakeholders to conduct environmental supervision,environmental information disclosure is an effective way to promote enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities,and also an important means to urge enterprises to implement green transformation.In the context of the sustainable development of the global economy,the increasing demand for oil and gas has caused energy-consuming industries to face unprecedented environmental protection pressures.The oil industry needs to promote green transformation within enterprises through external behaviors such as disclosing environmental information.Therefore,whether environmental information disclosure has an effective impact on the green innovation and development of oil companies has become an urgent problem to be solved.First and foremost,this paper briefly explains the production and operation characteristics of the oil industry.Besides,it's also emphasize the case enterprises,data collects,the methods and contents of environmental information disclosure of Z enterprises.In addition,it's also explained the construction of an environmental information disclosure evaluation index system with the characteristics of petroleum enterprises which select green innovation performance evaluation indicators of different dimensions.For instance,taking 36 A-share listed oil companies as samples,a linear regression model is established to analyze the industry influence laws of environmental information disclosure and green innovation performance.Then,starting from Z enterprise,through its own vertical comparison and horizontal comparison with the industry average,determine the state and level of enterprise environmental information disclosure and green innovation performance,and further explore the impact of environmental information disclosure on Z enterprise green innovation performance.Finally,according to the degree of environmental information disclosure of enterprise Z,the current situation of green innovation activities and the law of influence between the two,an optimization plan is proposed.After analysis,this paper draws the following three research conclusions.Firstly,according to the linear regression analysis,it is found that the environmental information disclosure of the oil industry has a significant positive correlation with green innovation performance.Secondly,the level of environmental information disclosure has a positive effect on the green innovation performance of Z enterprise.Based on the evaluation and analysis of the green innovation performance of enterprises from the three dimensions of economy,environment and society,it is found that external behaviors such as environmental information disclosure can enhance the sense of urgency and mission of pollution control.Besides,it's promote the internal strengthening of environmental governance within enterprises,and targeted green improvements are carried out in the production and operation links,thereby promoting the green innovation of enterprises,improving economic performance while reducing pollution to the ecological environment.Moreover,it's gaining more social recognition as well.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: standardizing disclosure behavior,focusing on corporate green innovation and building a long-term mechanism for environmental information disclosure.
