Application Of Bio-Plastic Fusing Garment Residues In Garment Design

In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial level,renewable environmental protection has become a topic of common concern all over the world.Thousands of textiles are eliminated in the garment industry every year.If the eliminated textiles are not properly treated,it will cause a lot of environmental pollution,hinder social development and affect people's healthy life.We are actively looking for ways to solve the waste generated in the production process and reduce the overstock inventory of enterprises.The recycling of fabrics and accessories has naturally become an effective solution and successfully promoted the development of sustainable design.Since its appearance in the early 20 th century,plastics have been widely used in many fields,such as packaging,transportation,chemical industry,agriculture and fishery,especially in the packaging industry and disposable products industry,which has created great convenience for people's production and life.At the same time,its huge use and waste have caused increasingly serious environmental pollution problems,including land pollution,air pollution,water and marine pollution.With the plastic restriction orders issued by many countries in the world,it has brought a good opportunity for the development of bioplastics with environmental protection effect.At the same time,modern people pay more and more attention to environmental protection materials.Bioplastics has become a new material in national life because of its fully degradable properties.The purpose of this study is mainly to find the use of bioplastics to integrate garment residues for garment design based on the concept of green cycle and sustainable design.The purpose is to explore the application of bioplastics to garment residues in garment design.Through literature research and the reorganization of existing design cases,this paper analyzes the relevant concepts,classifications and characteristic elements of this subject,Summarize its typical performance methods in fashion design.Finally,taking the author's graduation project as an empirical study,starting from the purpose of sustainable development,this paper studies the integration of bioplastics and clothing surplus materials,and completes the implementation scheme of bioplastics integration of clothing surplus materials in combination with fabric recycling methods and process means,so as to draw a conclusion,so as to provide designers with theoretical basis and practical guidance for bioplastics sustainable design.Let the concept of green environmental protection enter everyone's heart.
