As a kind of high-performance material,carbon fiber is widely used in many fields such as national defense and military industry,medical treatment,transportation and so on,and is listed as a national key strategic material.In the production process of carbon fiber,the solidification process of the key process has a great influence on the quality of the filament,which is key to improve the quality of the final product.Therefore,it is of great significance to the process research,mechanism modeling and virtual realization of solidification forming process.Based on the research of carbon fiber solidification forming mechanism,this paper studied the dynamic model,numerical simulation and 3D animation of carbon fiber solidification,and developed a virtual simulation platform based on B/S architecture.The platform will display a 3D scene of carbon fiber production,animation of primary fiber solidification and forming,the changing process of solvent concentration inside the fiber and the influence of process parameters on fiber diameter and forming speed.The simulation platform supports simultaneous login and parallel operation by multiple users.Users can set process parameters,view carbon fiber solidification and forming process under different parameters,and analyze the correlation between process parameters and product quality.The main work of this paper includes:(1)The relationship between carbon fiber solidification process and product quality was analyzed,the solidification forming mechanism was studied,and the carbon fiber solidification process model was established.The model includes a double diffusion model,which describes the double diffusion process of solvent and coagulant in the fine flow of raw liquid.The phase separation model describes the process of the thin flow from liquid to solid.The primary fiber motion model describes the relationship between rheological force,friction force and inertia force and velocity;A primary fiber radius model describing the relationship between flux and velocity derived from the conservation of mass.(2)The solidification bath process was simulated by combining numerical solution of equations with experimental data fitting.According to the correlation of the four models,the fiber radius was firstly calculated by data fitting method in each iteration,then the radius of the solidliquid interface of the primary fiber was obtained according to the mass conservation,then the fiber movement velocity was calculated by force balance,and finally the concentration distribution of double diffusion was calculated by returning these values.Firstly,the distribution curves of liquidsolid interface,primary fiber radius and velocity were obtained by MATLAB simulation.In order to build a virtual simulation platform,the simulation program is rewritten using Java,and the optimization scheme of accuracy loss is given.(3)Through the use of the scene and the analysis of the target users,technical requirements and business needs,based on the selection of technology,puts forward the overall design of the system,and the platform is composed of the administrator module and user module,user modules by login,carbon fiber manufacturing process,the simulation parameters set,fiber parameters of view,the solidification process of animation and other modules.The front-end development technology adopts Vue framework,Echarts component library,Element UI component library,Web GL technology and three.js technology.Spring Boot framework and My Batis framework are used for the back-end,My SQL and Redis are used for the database.(4)In this paper,business requirements are developed by separating the front and back ends.At the front end,static pages of each requirement are developed by using Vue framework combined with Echarts component library and Element UI component library.Three-dimensional scenes of Unity3 D of carbon fiber preparation industrial process are displayed by Web GL technology.Use Blender to create 3d models and 3d animations of the solidification process,pack them up and load them in three.js,and then reference them on the Web.The backend uses the Spring Boot framework,My Batis framework and its plug-ins to realize the data increase,delete,modify and query involved in different business requirements,uses Spring Security and JWT to develop the login function,and uses OSHI to develop the server monitoring function.(5)Finally,the specific function test and compatibility test are carried out.The test results show that the virtual simulation platform of carbon fiber solidification process meets the needs of users and administrators.
