In recent years,two-dimensional material(graphene,transition metal sulfides,boron nitride and silicon material,etc.)has always been the hot spot of the academic research,two-dimensional material with quantum confinement effect,the carrier mobility and heat diffusion limit in the two-dimensional plane,the band gap is adjustable,high electron spin degree of freedom,unique crystal structure,make the two-dimensional materials have high application value,However,graphene is zero-band gap,transition metal sulfide has low mobility,boron nitride is an insulator,and silicene cannot be stable in air.Their respective defects limit their applications in semiconductor devices.Black phosphate because of its unique structure and properties of advantages,not only has the high carrier mobility,and band gap can be through the layer control,two-dimensional layer black phosphate material belongs to the direct band gap semiconductor,in electronics,photocatalysis,energy storage components,etc,has great application potential,based on the above analysis,this paper USES the method of high-energy ball mill was successfully alcoholized black phosphorus,And to study its performance,the specific research content is as follows:(1)Black phosphorescent luminescent materials with a luminescence range of400-700 nm were prepared,and the effects of ultrasonic time and centrifugal speed on the structure and properties of black phosphorus were studied.The results showed that with the increase of ultrasonic time,the crystallinity and luminescence of the alcoholized black phosphorus decreased.At the same time,with the increase of centrifugal speed,the luminescence performance is improved.When the centrifugal speed is 11,000 RPM,the best luminescence intensity is obtained.(2)The effects of different solvents on the properties of alcoholized black phosphorus were studied,and the luminescence intensity of alcoholized black phosphorus dissolved in ultra-pure water was 13% higher than that of alcoholized black phosphorus dissolved in ethanol.On this basis,the luminescence mechanism of alcoholized black phosphorus was discussed.Effect of polyethylene glycol as alcoholizer on stability of black phosphorus.(3)The influence of metal ions on the properties of alcoholized black phosphorus was studied.In the experiment,silver ion was used as modifier to discuss the influence of silver ion concentration on the phosphorescence properties of alcoholized black phosphorus,and it was concluded that the addition of silver ion concentration of0.06mol/L can improve the luminescence of alcoholized black phosphorus.
