China is a big country in shoemaking,and the footwear industry brings huge economic benefits to our country every year.my country's footwear industry is concentrated in the southeast with high population density.In recent years,due to the gradual increase in labor costs and the relatively backward automation equipment in my country,the productivity of shoes and the effect of finished products are not ideal.Development has been greatly restricted.In the process of spraying the soles of shoes,a large part of the factories in our country still use manual spraying,which is not only time-consuming,but also working in a spraying environment for a long time will affect the health of workers.At present,some automatic spraying equipment in China mainly sprays the same type of sole,which has poor adaptability and flexibility.In order to improve the efficiency of the spraying process,ensure the spraying quality,and enable the competitiveness of my country's shoe factories to keep up with the international pace,This subject designs the glue spraying system for cold-bonded shoe line soles,so that the glue spraying system can automatically adjust the spraying flow to achieve good spraying effect when facing different types of soles.Firstly,check the relevant literature and data to understand the current situation of glue spraying equipment and spraying models at home and abroad,and expound several control methods commonly used in glue spraying system.Secondly,the properties of the glue are analyzed,and the peel strength test is carried out to find the appropriate film thickness.The parameters affecting the spraying effect are analyzed,and a spraying model with spraying parameters as independent variables is established to achieve accurate prediction of spraying thickness.Thirdly,design the glue spray system according to the principle of glue spray system,select the required components,and establish the corresponding mathematical model according to the selected system components.In MATLAB,the glue spraying system is simulated and verified by the PID control method.Then,in order to further improve the control effect,fuzzy PID control,which is better than the conventional PID control effect,is used to simulate and test the glue spraying system.The fuzzy control module is established in MATLAB,and it is added to the glue spraying system built before for simulation test,comparison and experimental verification.The experimental results show that the fuzzy control can effectively improve the spraying uniformity and the system response speed.
