After Premier Li Keqiang proposed "Made in China 2025" in 2015,China's manufacturing industry has ushered in a good opportunity to flourish. As one of the core technologies of manufacturing,CNC technology will directly affect the entire manufacturing and processing process. In this context,in order to meet the requirements of advanced numerical control technology, this dissertation focuses on the multi-axis control algorithm based on servo system, which includes forward-looking algorithm, turning point constraint, interpolation algorithm and acceleration and deceleration algorithm. In the aspect of forward-looking algorithm,it analyzes and compares the principle and application method of forward-looking method and backtracking method. And then this dissertation selects the forward-looking algorithm of backtracking method. In the aspect of turning point constraints, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the three transition methods: direct transition,micro-segment transition and arc transition,a turning point transition method combining these three transition methods is proposed. In the interpolation algorithm. The realization principle of reference pulse method interpolation and data sampling method interpolation, and the applicable software and hardware environment are analyzed. And this dissertation selects the interpolation algorithm to use based on this result. In the acceleration and deceleration algorithm. The acceleration and deceleration algorithms of continuous acceleration, exponential acceleration and deceleration algorithm and S-type acceleration and deceleration algorithm are analyzed when the maximum given speed can be reached or not.And the calculation formula is given. Finally, the algorithm results show that this algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of the traditional motion control algorithm.
