With the in-depth integration and development of information technology and traditional industries,the traditional textile industry is gradually transforming towards intelligence and automation with the help of a new generation of information technology.Due to the high-speed transmission and ultra-fine characteristics of the magnetic levitation knitting system device,the knitting needles are easily damaged during operation and are difficult to be found.The traditional monitoring system cannot monitor the knitting system intuitively and accurately,and the knitting system The overall evaluation and optimization effect is still at a low level.As a new generation of information technology,digital twin technology can safely and effectively monitor the complex structure of the magnetic levitation knitting system and the entire life cycle of the high-speed motion process.In this paper,an online monitoring platform for magnetic levitation knitting system is developed based on the digital twin five-dimensional architecture.Through the research on key technologies such as the establishment of the virtual model of the magnetic levitation knitting system,data acquisition and drive,and user interface design,the online monitoring of the magnetic levitation knitting system is realized.Visual monitoring and management.This paper introduces related technologies and contents from the following aspects:(1)The overall design scheme of the digital twin of the magnetic levitation knitting system:The principle of magnetic levitation knitting is analyzed,combined with the concept of the five-dimensional model of the digital twin,and the five-dimensional architecture of the digital twin monitoring platform of the magnetic levitation knitting system is proposed.The content of the three parts of the virtual model establishment of the knitting system,the data acquisition and transmission,and the integration of the monitoring platform of the maglev knitting system(2)Establishment of the virtual model of the magnetic levitation knitting system: Taking the 5-inch 32-needle magnetic levitation knitting system as the research object,based on the application of Solid Works,3d Max and Unity3 D engines,the problems of 3D model establishment,model lightweight processing,and model loading of the magnetic levitation knitting system are solved.Make the model have high-fidelity visual effects.(3)Data acquisition and transmission of magnetic levitation knitting system: From the discussion of information model,data acquisition and transmission data drive of magnetic levitation knitting system,the problem of "data and connection" of the digital twin monitoring platform of magnetic levitation knitting system is solved.(4)Integration of the digital twin monitoring platform of the magnetic levitation knitting system: Firstly,through the analysis of the requirements of the monitoring platform of the magnetic levitation knitting system,focusing on five aspects: platform development environment,database design,construction of user interface,overall testing and system evaluation It provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the visual monitoring platform based on the digital twin maglev knitting system,so as to improve the "service system".This topic applies the digital twin technology to the research of the monitoring platform of the magnetic levitation knitting system,which has important reference value for the perfection and development of the theory of the magnetic levitation knitting system.Problems such as prediction and evaluation have promoted the intelligent development of the textile field to a certain extent.
