Studies On The Synthesis Of Sarpagine Related Alkaloids And Vinca Alkaloid Vincamajorines A

In this thesis,the synthesis of Sarpagine related alkaloids and Vinca alkaloid Vincamajorines A were studied.The thesis consists of the following three chapters:Chapter One: strategies and methods for the construction the azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane skeletons in indole alkaloids containing(review).The strategies and methods for the construction of the azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane are briefly introduced and the progress in the synthesis of indole alkaloids containing the azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane is summarized.Chapter Two: studies on the synthesis of Sarpagine related alkaloidsThe structure,the related biogenic relationships and the construction methods of azabicyclo[2.2.2]octane skeletons are briefly introduced.Starting from available DTryptophan,we synthesized a tetracyclic compound with the 9-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane skeleton,and then successfully constructed the skeleton of these molecules through Au/Ag-catalyzed Conia-ene reaction.Chapter Three: studies on synthesis of the Vincamajorines ABackground of the Vinca alkaloid Vincamajorines A and the application of Hecktype reaction in total synthesis of natural products are briefly introduced.Based on the previous synthesis work of our research group,starting from available D-tryptophan and 3-bromofuran,we synthesized the two precursor compounds,tetracyclic ketone or tetracyclic unsaturated aldehyde respectively,through different synthesis routes,and studied the intramolecular or intermolecular Heck type reaction of the corresponding compounds.
