Eccentric screw extruder is one of the widely used models of screw extruder.In recent years,the production and processing of polymers has become a major branch of the industry,and the screw extruder has the advantages of simple structure,stable conveying,easy maintenance and repair,and has become an important technology for polymer processing;among them,screw solid conveying As the main component of the screw extruder research,the section research is of significant significance to efficiently transport materials and speed up production.With the popularity of polymers in industrial applications and the increasing development of processing technology,the research on screw extrusion molding at home and abroad is more extensive,while the research on screw conveying is less.Based on the discrete unit method,this paper mainly studies the conveying output and filling rate of conventional single screw,eccentric single screw,and eccentric twin screw.The eccentric movement of the eccentric screw improves the material mixing effect in the material conveying process.The study of the solid conveying section has positive practical significance.First,through the conventional single-screw extrusion of the conveying movement of granular materials,observe the state of particle movement during the conveying process,and analyze the influence of the screw structure on the granular materials;by changing the particle parameters and screw parameters,according to the calculation results of the screw conveying output and filling rate,It is concluded that there is an optimal particle size for different barrel sizes.Secondly,according to the role of eccentric screw in material transportation,the changes of granular materials,conveying output and filling rate in the conveying process are studied,and its influence on conveying output,filling rate,and particle state is analyzed,and the conclusion is as follows: When the screw speed,eccentricity,pitch,barrel gap and other factors of the screw change,the conveying output of the screw increases with the increase of the screw speed,eccentricity,pitch,and barrel gap;when the front screw pitch of the variable-pitch screw changes,the The overall conveying output has a greater impact.When the screw pitch of the rear section of the variable-pitch screw changes,the overall conveying output is less affected.Finally,by simulating the eccentric twin screw under conditions of different pitches,wheelbases and different screw starting positions,and according to the effect of various factors on the filling rate and conveying output,it is concluded that when the eccentric twin screw is micro-engaged,the eccentric twin screw is slightly meshed.The conveying output,filling rate and mixing efficiency of the screw have reached the optimal conclusions.
