Study On Structures,Insecticidal Activities And Bee Toxicities Of Cis-neonicotinoids Compounds With Aza(Oxa)bridge

Cycloxaprid and IPP167225,which were explored by our group before,are neonicoti-noids compounds containing oxabridge or azabridge to fix the nitro group forcing in the same direction as heteroaromic moiety(cis-configuration).Both of them have excellent insecticidal activities.Based on the strucutre of these two compounds as leading structure,34 novel oxa(aza)bridged neonicotinoid compounds were synthesized.It was designed based on the S AR,pharmacological research and bee toxicity of neonicotinoids.All these synthesized compounds were confirmed by NMR and HRMS.At the same time,the relationship among structure,insecticidal activity and bee toxicity has been discussed.The insecticidal activity of the titled compounds against Mythimna separate,Aphis craccivora and Nilaparvata lugens was listed.Most of the oxabridged compounds have good insecticidal activity against Aphis craccivora and Nilaparvata lugens,especially the IPP190201,In addition,The honeybee toxicities of azabridged neonicotinoid compounds were investigated.Comprehensive consideration of the contact and oral honeybee toxicities,three compounds,IPP190316、IPP 190310 and IPP190305,have good insecticidal activity and relatively low honeybee toxicities.This will provide information for further study.
