Research On The Financing Strategy Of High Tech Enterprises Listed Three New Board

When the new third board started in 2006,scope of the pilot expanded to the whole country and the third market has become to the effective platform for the unlisted innovative enterprises financing and helping the hi-tech enterprise.It provides the new way for SMEs financing.Therefore,this paper takes Cosco powder technology company for instance and design the private financing options in new third market combining with the current situation after reviewing the theory of corporate finance.This paper starts with the corporate finance and reviews the study on the financing function of the new third board,then introduces the Cosco powder technology company.These are the necessary condition for designing the financing options which are analyzing the overview of the company,evaluating the financing capacity,establishing the basic principle of finance and choose the way of financing.On the base of case study,this paper gives some advice on the internal governance,improving business valuation to improve the interests of the investors,receiving governance,introducing funds,making use of market-maker system and so on.This paper designs financing plan for Cosco powder technology company in growth period,discusses the way of designing financing plan combingwith the external environment,internal features and the need of financing and tries to provide examples for the SMEs in the growth period.
